The curious case of Disha Patani?

She did very few movies namely MS Dhoni and Baaghi 2. Besides that she is hardly seen in movies but have a vast social media following. More than acting she is known for social media appearance (calvin Klien)

Disha is possibly the biggest insta model of India.
Just like YouTube, insta is also a huge platform for promotions, and when it has mainstream attraction like Disha, investment goes high.
Plus I think not just Disha, there are others too promoting CK, but Disha had a controversy and is launde lapade ki jaan, so she gets more footage.

Some top brands need mid-level but affordable celebs only for their regional ads, so she's getting those brands. Even Jacqui endorses The Body Shop/Clinique.
