I keep seeing comments here on the forum that if star kids like Abhishek, Esha, Uday were "talented" like Alia was then they would have "made it" and be as successful as her.
Sadly that is not completely true. Granted Alia has done well and improved alot but there is one thing that is being overlooked.
Yes people like Abhishek were given 1000 chances, hes worked with the best directors. Esha Deol also had nine-lives in the industry...Uday tried hard...Sooraj Pancholi, Athiya, et etc - all failures...Everyones parents have connections and those connections get you opportunities.
The case with Alia is different. Everything is MANUFACTURED to her strengths and weaknesses. Projects are ESPECIALLY CRAFTED for her. Her weaknesses are always hidden and strengths magnified. There is a whole team dedicated to this. Karan Johar's entire existence is Alia right now. No other star kid has had that kind of powerful backing.
Abhishek and most other nepo kids never had work "created" for them. If they did, it would be one or two films...not every single one. Yes he got lots of udhar ke opportunities. But Nobody was playing puppet with his life. He got chances and failed. Nobody pushed their luck. Thats why those star kids failed...They didnt play dirty and eventually they stopped working because they accepted that they dont want to see them. If Karan Johar adopted them maybe Athiya can be a star too 😆
Karan is actively shoving Alia into projects and purchasing Directors like Gauri Shinde and Megna Gulzar to do all of the heavy lifting so that she can deliver. Has that ever happened before. Amitabh never stooped that low for his son 😆 If Alia is so talented why doesnt she get opportunities from other directors? 90% of her work is all Dharma. Why cant her talent pave the way for her? why does Karan have to be there?
The response to Kalank has been thanda. People are laughing at her dancing and fake ada's...so much that she got insecure and threw Kiara out of promotions for the song cuz Kiara did better than her 😆
Alia is limited. Can Alia do something like Cocktail? Lootera? Black? ...Can she do something like TWM? Manikarnika? Hichki? Kahaani? ...We all know the answer.
Why does Alia's success enrage people? Why do people not get mad about Ranbir's success or Hrithik's? No star kid has received as much hate as Alia and the truth is out there for everyone to see. When you play god behind the scenes you are not respected and the udhar ke success you get...is achieved but never appreciated.
