just a month ago vicky was saying he is in love with harleen and he said its a serious relationship, and now all of a sudden he ended it and has now started flirting with kat

i dont know if this is the exact reason why vicky broke up with harleen, but even before he broke up with her many of us did predict that this was going to happen

I'm not assuming he cheated. I was coming from the perspective of dumping someone if there is a persistent attraction to someone else. (Caveat, in a dating relationship, not marriage. Gotta work harder in a marriage). That is infinitely better and frankly more principled than staying in a relationship while thinking about someone else. Sucks for the dumpee in the moment but ripping off the band-aid is always better than letting a wound fester and rot.

I think the assumption that he is some callous, cold-blooded guy who is hungry to be famous is off. He's ambitious sure, but I dont buy this as solely a power move. I think he's into Kat, as most red-blooded men tend to be. The other stuff is a bonus.

I just don't see relationships in black and white. Overlaps, unfortunately hurting people, that's life. Good people sometimes do asshole-y things. As for this being pr driven, maybe but again maybe not. Look at your Deepveer for instance, in the beginning almost everyone felt it was a publicity stunt. And look at them now. Maybe even Ranlia will prove most of us wrong and go the distance.
