I think kiss happened because naina was comfortable in the bts. At the sunset point naina burst out her anger and maybe this will lead to the kiss.

After rewatching the BTS I also feel naina was more comfortable when sameer approached for a kiss... so may be kiss will happened in honeymoon itself ...
