Hukum's Andhkasur Logic???

I really don't gets this andhkasur thing. Since am not hindu so I don't know much. I read a few stories on the web and all of them said Andhkasur was Shiv Parvati's son who gave up for adoption. He grew up to be evil, lusted after his own mother, and in the end was killed by Lord Shiv.

Even if hukum thinks the nagrani can be the one carrying andhaksur. How does he think he can be the father, cause original andhkasur is born of Shiv Parvati and not from any evil being. Shiv Parvati are husband and wife. If he thinks Bela (nagrani) can be the mother of Andhkasur wouldn't it make more sense for him to think that the father of the child will be her husband (Mahir) and then want to kidnap their child or something.

I don't understand hukum's andhkasur birth logic.

Whatever I have mentioned about Andhkasur, Shiv Parvati is what I have read. If any information is wrong and I have offended anybody. I apologize in advance.
