I know quite a few fans voted like crazy here too as they were pretty sure that Colors will not send the money nor forms. So whatever is for open polling they gave their filled in nominations, that too in a large number.

Yes one thing is for sure , the organizers changed everything the last minute, They kept jury nominations a secret and popular nominations were given in the open category for which voting was to be done for seven days
It is evident that those who were about receive awards if the original format was followed way back when the first announced polling ie TV personality etc , everything was changed as BP fandom was still in Josh back then . This is all last minute changes to suit or satisfy certain personalities
