I invite the jury of #FilmfareAwards2019 to give the music of #LailaMajnu a listen and be dissappointed by their own effort at the nominations for best music. Film dekhne ko nahi keh raha varna aur bahut se nominations justify karna mushkil ho jayenge

Well he does have a point!!

Dhadak Ajay-Atul

Manmarziyaan - Amit Trivedi

Raazi - Shankar Ehsaan Loy

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety Rochak Kohli, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Amaal Malik, Guru Randhawa, Zack Knight, Saurabh-Vaibhav and Rajat Nagpal

Padmaavat - Sanjay Leela Bhansali

Zero - Ajay-Atul

IMO from the nominations they should kick out dhadak, sonu and zero and they should add laila-majnu, andhadhun and loveyatri.

Who even decided these nominations!!

Laila Majnu, Kedarnath were albums which deserved recognition, but jis award ko vimal sponsor kar raha hai uski creditability toh waise bhi naale mai hai😆

Like how many original songs does dhadak have , like aren't the songs just taken from the Marathi movie 👎🏼

And zero? Really.

Sonu ke ...okay for Tera yaar hu Mai..rest are remixed.

Raazi has 2 good songs.

Kedarnath is a Fab album with every song having a repeat value.same with Laila majnu.

Honestly 10 years back filmfare had such importance.what did they do to it

Well you are right 😆

Vimal sponsoring filmfare is a joke, I don't know why Srk agreed to host it.

But still Filmfare is considered the best amongst all others. They should have done a better job.

Forget remakes, none of the dhadak songs were even good.

Sonu was filled with remakes, one song doesn't make you qualify for best album.

Yeah I totally forgot about Kedarnath, it had amazing songs. My favorite was namo-namo.

If its popular nominations then you gotcha take that in account ...

On Saavn number of plays :

Kedarnath has 82+ million plays - more than Padmaavat,way more than Dhadak and lemme not even compare with Zero,Raazi and Manmarziyan.

Even Loveyatri deserved nominations ...popular album + original songs.

I agree with him, Laila Majnu was my favourite album of the year.

And he is too modest to say it, but his performance was also one of the best of the year. This is one of those "star kid vs outsider" examples.

I didn't realize Kedarnath wasn't nominated either. Huh.

So much "Laila Majnu" going on and I have yet to hear a single track from the movie ... 😲 .. [I'll have to check them out if so many are rec'ing its songs] ... While I agree that "Andhudhun" (-it's so very underrated) and "Kedarnath" should have been there over the likes of "Zero, Raazi, Dhadhak and even Sonu tatti" ...
