It was a good episode overall. Liked most of it. They should have edited parts from the original Arjun episode and put these deleted scenes instead. It was better than the original boring episode.

Health is different. One should definetely lose weight for their well being but I am not talking about that. I'm talking about her losing weight due to the pressure of looking desirable onscreen which she achieved with the whole national crush tag. If she was bothered about her health, she wouldn't have become so skinny right before her debut. That's what I'm talking about. She herself has also fallen prey to the whole pressure that she is suggesting other girls don't fall into.
