Kareena never really had to work too hard in her life and it shows in her attitude. She probably was pampered growing up since she was the youngest. Then she even got success easily partially due to Karisma who actually struggled and paved the way for Kareena. And then she married Saif with whom she got financial security. So she doesn't really appreciate all that she has received.
On the other hand Karisma practically had to earn every single thing in her life and it shows in her attitude. She was the elder sister who grew up too soon to take care of her mom and sister, then worked super hard to make a career and also got unlucky in love. That's why she is humble , it's a huge difference between both the sisters.
Well put! ... "Your struggles make you humble" ... which is lacking in both Kareena and Alia (-she's also very arrogance and obnoxious, can be seen in her offscreen videos)! ... Until you work for your success, you take everything and everyone around you for granted .. "Princess syndrome" is what it is!
