The thing is she said he 'left' her.If they would have re married and had another kid then she would have just said that she knows her dad had an affair.But then 'left' word means they never got re married.Lets see though.

😆 i think i juts did.This is just me holding on to little tid bits of clue to assure myslef that Mauli wont choose her cheater ex. Though i wont deny today's epi did give lot of clues that she wont but i still don't trust these writers.They can make Kunal the one who will go to any extent for Mauli's happiness.😡
