Ira is just playing games by inventing more and more lies every time and Bhavik adds to that. Who does this in real life? Disguise a girl as a boy, fake his parents... everything illogical.

And Pushpa, who is so damn sure that Ira was dhokhebaaz, blindly believes Kunika. If a person is duped once, he becomes extra cautious the next time. And this mother and son have been duped dozens of times by everyone and still they are ready to belive just anyone except Ira, who has actually always saved them from all types of troubles and harms.

I don't blame Pushpa. She believes what she sees. Ira faked that she didn care about the family pre leap. Ok she didn want to inform them about artificial insemination till she was certain. But y give them false hope of having a baby n fake an operation? This is all her fault. She got to know about the promise but did she try to talk to Akhilesh or Pushpa? Did she really think they would sacrifice the baby? Again it was her who had trust issues. N now one after the other she is lying nonstop.

Yes that is the problem in Ira's character. She's not straightforward, never tells anyone what she is doing. She always tries to hide the unsavoury truths and in the process creates a web of lies in which everyone is entangled... she herself being the most.

There was absolutely no need for her to fake the Vasectomy reversal pre-leap especially after so much of Tamasha that happened in Malaysia and thereafter.

She should have first and foremost told Akhilesh about the fact that his reversal couldn't be done. In fact, rather than being concerned about Akhilesh's disappointment at the news, she was more scared of her own embarrassment and guilt before Akhilesh and Pushpa. That is why she again lied.
