Police station
HS is training new recruits. Mini comes in. He gestures Mini to sit down. And continues to give bhashan to the recruits.😆
He says in Bollywood films you will see heroes who act as police officers act like superheroes. Others act as villains, run after criminals, jump around and solve murder cases. Asli life aisi nahin hoti hai.😆
He gives them bhashan on discipline. He says sirf apne laksh ko dekho, bhedo and pura karo..jaise ki Arjun ne machli ki aankh dekhi thi.
He says you must earn respect and to do that fulfill your responsibilities well. He stresses need for Punctuality, Honesty, Work Ethic, Efforts, Flexibility. When all five come together, you get a strong workforce.👏
He asks ..any question...
The new recruits and Lala nod no. Mini raises her hand.😆
New recruits leave. Now Mini starts her bhashan...she complains why HS did not give this nice motivating tips to Babita. HS pulls her leg. Mini gets angry and starts to leave. HS asks her to sit down.
HS:Ai chori..baith ja...aai rahi hoon, jaa rahi hoon..jab dekho apne man ki chalati hai...😆
Mini does not sit. Lala tells HS to talk to her nicely.😆
HS haath jodke says: Veer Balika, most gorgeous girl, rani Victoria, aap se namra nivedan hai ki aap kripa karke sthan grahan kare. Aap yahan virajman ho jaye aur mujhe taqleef share karen. Please. Why are you red and yellow since early morning?😆😉
Mini smiles and sits down. She complains why HS did not give these tips to Babita. Mini says she has always been with Babes giving her moral support. And now she can't she is feeling guilty.
HS gives analogy of mother and baby. He says people think during childbirth the mother is in too much pain. But it is wrong. It is the baby..the struggles...tab jake he or she is born. Maa chahti hai maa uske sare taqleef main le loo...ab teri maa jo hai...woh baccha hai...jo karna hai usko karna hai. Tu chah ke bhi kuch nahin kar sakti hai.👏😊
Babita looks around nervously. None of the worker s are working. The master tailor comes in and mocks her. He tells everybody from today she will be ordering you all...
He introduces her to all workers and tells her all are good at their work.
Babita asks if the workers don't like her.
Satnaam says nothing to like. Every month a new supervisor comes and goes..also everybody here is good at their work except you...it's alright. Thaanedar ke yahan se aayee ho. Supervisor ki naukri mil gaye. pagar lo aish karo...humare kaam mein taang mat arana.
Babita asks about her job. Satnaam shows her attendance register. He says she is late on the first day of her job. Babita argues and says she was asked to come at 9 and she came on time. Satnaam says supervisor should come 15 minutes early. He says Babita's salary will be cut because she came late. Babita says she will complain to Trilok. Satnaam says go and complain...
Satnaam asks Babita to think about GDP and a strategy to make the uniforms on time. Satnaam goes out. Babita tries to talk to the workers but they ignore her. One of the workers say that she is educated. So she can come up with some idea. Babita looks around. She decides to prepare a plan for the next 4 days..First-day cutting, second-day stitching, third-day buttons, Fourth-day ironing. She shows it so Satnaam. Satnaam says it is not possible to cut so many uniforms on day 1. Babita gets nervous. She drinks water.
Satnaam asks her to come up with some idea. Babita drinks water again.
(I think she drank 3 glasses of water. I knew something is wrong..)😉
Satnaam says women should just make papad and take care of school kids. Babita says she can do the work. Satnaam grumbles that women can do anything and come to steal jobs from men.
