Episode 118
Scene from yesterday continues with Saravanan and his friends trying to write a letter. Hilarious scene with Saravanan addressing the letter to his mother and his friends narrating what to write. Saravanan wants to include "feelings" in the letter but the friends say there is not need for that when he is supposed to write the letter in anger. Saravanan feels bad for making the letter harsh and he says his eyes are watering writing the letter because his mother always thinks about him. Letter says I am going to leave this earth forever and no one is responsible for my death (the friends permit Saravanan to include some of his feelings here). Saravanan writes that you sacrificed many things for my sake but can't you sacrifice your anger for my sake? Meenu is a nice girl and even if I die she will always think about me. He ends the letter saying you are doing something wrong...
Next scene Meenu comes to Saravanan's room and asks how come you aren't asleep yet? He asks her to sit down and stares at her for a while. She asks why are you staring at me? and he says who knows where I will be tomorrow. Meenu asks what? and he says you look different each day. She asks how do I look today? He says today you look like a jasmine flower garden dressed in a half-saree and yesterday you looked like a moon with flowers and so forth. She asks him to tell her how she looks like tomorrow at the same time and he says he won't be here tomorrow. Meenu asks where are you going tomorrow? He says I am going to the store at night tomorrow. She says oh I thought you were going to run away somewhere and he says I will run away to the store. She says I feel suspicious and it appears as if you are getting ready to run away from here. She asks if he will be able to run away leaving her behind and he says no. Meenu says if you plan on running away from here take me along with you. He says that she won't come with him and she says she will don't leave me and go. He says so come let's go and she says where to and he says somewhere. She says why not Madurai? He says because people are plotting to break us up and they won't let us live together. She says that she won't let Saravanan run his life alone in difficulty and she will always come with him. He says you dream too much. She says good dreams will come true. He says to leave me I am going. She asks him are you going to run away or go to sleep? He says I am going from here. She says when I started to like you I have already put a kaal kattu (legs are tied) so you can't escape from me. She leaves and Vandu calls Saravanan to remind him that he is to run away tomorrow morning.
Next morning, Saravanan comes by and sees Meenu not going to college and sitting at home doing embroidery. She tells Saravanan that she will go to college in the evening when he goes to the hotel. He asks her to go to college because she will spoil her education, she says that there is no need when I will be admiring your face for the rest of my life so let me start now. She asks why are trying to send me out of the house? He says if you skip school too often they will punish you and she replies saying that if I skip class I will pay a fine and write the exams. He says won't that be a waste of money? so she says I'll think of it as 50 parotha rotis not being sold. Saravanan gets calls from his friends at this time asking whether Meenu has gone to college or not and he cuts the line saying that wrong number. Another call comes in and he tells Meenu that its the chicken supplier and she says she wants to complain to them about the chicken and takes the phone (friends cut the phone when she begins to talk). Another call and Saravanan says its the Thangarasu (tomato supplier) and Meenu wants to know the price of tomatoes today. Friends say to drag her out of the house or lock her in the house and then run away. Meenu says she is going to the room and asks Saravanan to call her if he needs anything. Friends say they will call Meenu momentarily with a news.
Friends kidnap the teacher from Meenu's college. They call Meenu and get the chemistry teacher to speak. He asks why you aren't in school? there is an important class today so you should come to school.
