Episode begins with Anu assuring crying Pre that he has promised baba that he will give all possible help to Pre n Rajesh uncles family
He walks away in serious mood

Pre is crying badly
Komo is waiting for Anu to arrive at Choubey house ..he makes her wait which she is not happy about .
She watches him from balcony n smiles wickedly dressed in revealing white net night dress .. she tries to act coy by trying to cover herself with transparent net ..
She recollects Mish challenging her she will never succeed in winning Anurag
Komo watches Upset n worried Anu n assures of all help
She tells Anu that before his accident Mol has come to meet her dad regarding his business
Anu is shocked to learn Baba had come to Choubey house ??
Komo fakes that probably he discussed with her dad about his sinking BASU
Publications business . ..
That Mol probably needed financial assistance from her dad lies Komo
Anu is shocked ..
Komo says her dad agreed ..he got ready to give him one big govt contract ...but only on one small condition

Komo asssures He will get " karoro ka "govt contract ..he could save Basu publications from bankruptcy .
Komo says it was in her hand to save his dad's company and Pre's dad's treatemt ... the same hand that Anu was holding right now ... she grabs His had with both hers ..n caresses it ..
Komo then reveals how Navin wanted money very badly .. he come to her dad n handed "Pre ke ghar ke kaagzaad "and took loan from her dad with that house as mortgage .
That time none of the knew that he was asking money to get married to Pre .. but she thanks Anu for saving Pre from Navin .
Komo assures she will return Pre ke ghar ke kaagzaad too ...

Komo reveals Basu house was mortgaged with banks for loans .. Anu is shocked to learn this ... Komo says yeah..she knew Anu was in the dark about this too ...
Nivi knew this .. she was trying to negotiate with the banks but they were backing out .. but Komo assures him of all help on all these fronts ...
But it was their duty to fulfill the wishes of their dad's.. everything was in her hands now .. she asks him to fulfill her dad's condition ...to marry her !!
Anu is shocked ..he shouts at her
He had come here to seek help ..but she was enumerating all business ... deals ..conditions .., and that too forcing him into marriage ??

One did not need all hose things to get married ..one only needed love to get married ...
Komo makes fun of his Mahaan vichaar. Asks him not to be so selfish ..some times one should do things for parents happiness .
Anu says he was selfish n wrong that he came to seek help from.a selfish n heartless girl ...he was wrong in assuming she would help him
His personal problems ..his house...his business problems were his own ...prerna's house .. her personal problems too her his own problems ..
He will sort out every thing himself .
As far as treatment of Rajesh uncle was concerned he will get the best docs himself ..he did not need any one s help .. he walks out after thanking her .he turns n walks out angrily ...
Komo shouts after him that he should come to her only when he is assured... that only she can help him ... and that would happen soon .. she fumes with fury at Anurag ..
He returns to hospital to find Nivi asking one investor not to believe in rumours..her dad was OK nothing was wrong with him .. asks him not to seek his shares ..the market value of Basu publications would fall... she is clearly upset .
She tries to contact some one ... but none were responding .. she laments how they were after her dad to do business with them ..and today none were willing to have anything to do with them .
Anu consoles Distraught Nivi.
She reveals Basu publications was on brink of bankruptcy
They had taken huge loans from banks.. their house was mortgaged ... everything will be lost !!
Anu is shocked ... Nivi weeps how she could do nothing to stop all this . Maa knew nothing of this ..
Anu assures her of help ... feels helpless as he hears the news on national TV about how Moloy Basu s poor health condition was causing his business shares to fall in market ...,if things proceeded this way their company would be locked up soon .
Anu is helpless . He learns from docs how both patients were deteriorating.. despite best measures ..
Anu asks about better get n best docs ..
but they were not responding ..both were critical .
Mohini hears this is distraught ..she starts weeping ..
Anu tries to console her ..
Veena pleads Anu to do something for Rajesh .. she starts weeping n even falls at his feet .. Anu feels embarrassed n awkward n lifts her up ..
Pre then prays n pleads to Anu to help treat her papa .
Anu hugs Pre .
She knew he always supported him ..she was asking him For this last time .. she pleads him with joined hands .. .. Anu hugs Pre tightly n weeps too

He cups his dad's face lovingly ...
He calls up Komo angrily ..feeling helpless ...

After few days ... Doc's rush to Rajesh's and Moloy's room ... all get worried .
Anu is seen weeping ...
Komo arrives with doc from London .. Mohini n Basu family relieved ..
