How Prerna might realise Anurag is acting ?

I thought a lot about it , and as much as I want to believe that Anurag had roped Prerna in his plans from the beginning , it's highly unlikely .
Like it's the dumb CVs guys .

Neither is komolika dumb per say , she would keep a watch on Anurag and will be curious to know what initiated this change .
As flamboyant and self centered as she is , she will keep a close eye on Anurag .

So I thought how will Prerna realise that Anurag is still hers ?

And I got the answer from today's episode , the thread .

Maybe Prerna opens it and Anurag loses it or maybe Prerna sees it on Anurag .

From then, they will start plotting together .
For the couple that plots together , stays together .
