SORRY FOLKS I KNOW THIS IS NOTHING SPECIAL, BUT WHAT I WANT TO SAY IS.
There was post that I was looking for, for last few weeks. I couldn't remember the name of that thread nor did I remember when that happened. All I remembered was that Crusty had made the post and I had barged smack in the middle of the conversation because they were busy spotting similarities in Naagin verse and HP. Being an insane POTTERHEAD I couldn't resist and I barged in. CruGen welcomed me with open arms. Then we were joined by Maria, Viddhi Anees.

We were all being the insane POTTERHEADS that we naturally are and Maria being her classic self, trying to get us back on the track. She does that every time we unruly kids go off the topic she brings us back on the track.
That was the first time we BONDED with each other. Our paths had crossed before that post, but we were strangers to each other. But that day, that post convinced me I could be friends with these people. They were all INSANE POTTERHEADS and I fell in love with them. All of them. This was how I met my first five friends on the forum.
Everyone talks about their first friend on the forum, I am lucky enough to say that I found five in the first go. I had interacted with Viddhi on my FF page but that was different. Here I knew we could be friends as she seemed as insane as me. 😆
Then comes Sonie. I remember she was a regular on my FF thread. She religiously read the chapters and commented on every single one of them. Later I found out that she was a part of the tharki gang. 😆
I had heard them talking about the AT on the LU thread and one day I decided to visit. And what did I find there? Sarah and Kom, two people who were clamoring for negative Mahir. I once again butted in with my 'Cutewale Negative Mahirji' theory and I found two cellmates in them. Viddhi clapped us in jail and Maria agreed to defend our case as and when it was presented in the Naagin court of justice. I had read Sarah's FF before but never interacted with her, Kom I was meeting for the first time.😃
Preeti! Cru had made a post about which movie can MoJo be recast in. There I saw a certain behirlover, at her tharkiest best. I saw her find her twinie in Anees and Fibby adopted them both. Next day I just PMed a link to my FF as she had expressed a wish the day before and my FF happened to have that theme. She responded enthusiastically and voila I now had another reason to visit the forum. 😃
I remember Claire sending me a PM, praising my FF and telling me how she never reads incomplete FFs but mine had enticed her. Despite wanting to wait for it to end, she read the chapters, sacrificing her night's sleep I might add and from then on she became my PR team along with Maafazaa. They both have been instrumental in leading people to my FFs. Claire especially. She has been at relentlessly. 🤗
Varsha! I remember one day landing up at the AT and finding talking about my weakness. Food!! I saw her throwing up names of yummy food items at us and then posting a photo of a really SINFUL chocolate cake. That was when I knew I found a fellow foodie and a friend in her. 😳
With Alvina it was... I don't know! I had asked for some help on the AT and I get a PM saying that I will help ypu. I had not interacted with her much. But even then she just bore with my constant torture for the next few hours... 😆 I know I troubled her a lot that day! She is a girl of few words. So GURUJI, aap ka aashirwad bana rahe!!
Now that I look back, I see that I barged in most of the conversation without being invited but ended up becoming friends with all those people. 😉
So this is my Tharki gang, the ones who I will cherish for life.Yesterday we saw the wapasi of THE MAHIR SEHGAL we all love and adore. With that our very own, in house ship sailed once again. We saw the classic CruGen witty exchange on Mahir Sehgal's cute, witty, sarcastic and irritated dialogues.
I can't tell you how I missed you CruGen. And let me tell you a secret, I visited the forum so that I could read Cru's posts. They were my motivation to join the forum.
I just had to tell you all this. I had to get it out of my system. I was tired of making Preeti or Claire my messenger. So I made this thread.I did not know where I could post it without the others who feeling left out. But this is MY gang and I wanted to do something special for them. So this is how I met you people. With each one it has been a momentous journey. One filled with love and laughter. You people gave me a different perspective on internet friendships. It is because of you all, that i found out that internet friendships can be deep too.
So thank you all for coming in my life and enriching it. These past few months spent with you all are some of the best ones in my life. I love you all and well... LOTS OF HADDI TOD HUGS TO YOU!!! 🤗
