Someone very close to Bela will give her dhoka- at the moment heart ke close is Mahir but Nagrani mom had said Mahir bura nahin hai, don't doubt him. If Nagrani's theory is proved wrong then what is the basis of having any insights, being a queen, having these powers- all of this gets negated. The thing is we all are thinking so logically but the dear writers don't follow any logic known to us so no no point in using our brain cells over it.

It's also possible that Vikrant and/or Vish betray her yet again. Reason could be the bite Vishaka got that may give Sumi control over Vish and Vish will turn negative if only for a while- the writers can take this in so many directions, whatever the reason is it has to be very big because 1) it's a Rudra Tandav and 2) they are in the Mandir where she got her face change- momentous time in Naagin and now Naagin is coming a full circle -

betrayal from a place unexpected or death can be the only reasons for Bela to have gotten so upset (finally)

Or because now Mahir know everything and they are gearing for a full blown attack on Sumi and gang.- Tandav could be for coming into the beginning stage of the final battle- Behir v/s all evil.

Keeping fingers and all else crossed for a kick ass execution of the story here on.

Well, and most importantly, Sumima has no reason to keep Vish alive - she always said that Vish is useless; she had already played the game of two hostages, where one was more than enough and lost; she isn't interested to get Vik back in this way, in general, in any way; Vish has no hidden/undisguised powers. In general, it isn't inexplicable why Sumima or Vik or both of them dragged Vish into all this initially, cos Vish didn't even know Bela!

It was reverse bcz bela was never vish frn n both vivi got so much backlash n writers had to redeem their characters so they made vivi positive to bela but that doesn't take away the part where vish killed Ajitabh n that episode literally made whole naagin fandom furious irrrespective of whoever fan is.. vivi killed innocents also never had regret on that... it's bela who has forgiven them n ready to let go naagmani for them by giving to vyom... vish was n will b there in bela life bcz she loves vik madly from start n vik loved bela so indirectly vish is involved in evrythng Which is going on in their lives.. there is nothing like to know how to protect... they all r snakes n it depends on who has more power... there was time where vish bit sumi on sumi as naagin episode... vish or bela could have killed sumi there itself but didn't bcz story has to move forward..
