So, Sid ranked Ranveer higher than Ranbir.

If everyone's answer of ranking Ranbir higher is scripted (to please Karan as many here believe), then Sid out of all people should have ranked Ranbir higher..but, he didn't.

I think Sid is the only one who rated Ranveer higher than Ranbir, though it might have to do with Alia and Ranveer calling Sid as the gold standard of genetics.

Also Sid got quite close to Deepika and Ranveer recently if you look at some dance videos in the ambani party

Am trying to come up with reasons for this-

A. KJo must have promised a movie each for whoever choose Ranbir

B. They all feel threatened by Ranveer's talent and it's easier to choose bland Ranbir in comparison

C. They are all nepotistic and would rather choose insider RK over hard working outsider RS

D. They are all afraid RK will come after their wife or girlfriend next or spread some gossip about their love life so they choose him to keep him happy

E. His family is going through tough times so moral support for Chintu

F. Only Deepika has the guts to stand for the right in Bollywood. Rest are cowards.

Ayushman was so vocal about how Karan nurtures nepotism and how he did not get a call from Karan despite approaching him on his own. If the Show was scripted, Ayushman would have been an undisputed actor to rank Ranveer above Ranbir, even just to spite Karan.

So, the narratives that are now left are :

1) Ayushman is jealous of Ranveer with capital J

2) Ayushman is trying to lap up to Karan for a big break with Dharma.
