Bollywood should just stop feigning concern for social causes and the society because their hypocrisy does a lot of disservice to the cause itself.

After months of consideration Vidhu Vinod Chopra a very close friend and admirer of Raju Hirani dropped Hirani's name from ELKDTAL promos. This shows me that there is credibility to the claim.

Look, friends and family are always blindspots. No matter how progressive a person, they falter. I can forgive that. But Sonam is being dumb here. I think more celebrities need to learn from Sarah Silverman during the Louis CK incident - You can state that your interactions with a person have been positive - while accepting that they have been vile and offensive to others.

Knowing Sonam I don't think she's doing to get any part in Munnabhai even if ultimately she does get a part because she's not the type of person to lobby for roles, be competitive to be number 1 and such like many based on her record and her choice of roles and movies. So I think she's doing it because she thinks she's knows after working with him and think what if he's innocent. Most people are emotional when it comes to their family and friends no matter and think the best of them and are blind. But still this is so wrong and stupid on Sonam's part. She could've said she doesn't think he could be based on her interaction with him but she doesn't him for sure and completely to think of him innocent either or something similar like that. Just because her interaction with him were fine and she doesn't know the victim personally so she's being biased towards him. I am so disappointed in her.
