I recently saw the movie and I just thought Arti did not deserve Satyander.. I mean, I liked their happy ending but at the same time, a part of me felt that Satyander deserved better..

Thoughts?

Oh...i have stopped watching bw movies , tabhi to forum par aane me aur maza aata hai 😆

Infact after a long long time i got back to watching pakistani dramas and watched yaqeen ka safar last week and alif allah insaan before that ...really enjoyed both .

Do you think she was wrong in running away?! .. I mean Satyander was shown as someone who would listen to his mom to the core .. would he have supported her all the way against his mom?! ... Ofc I felt she was wrong in not having a chat with him before making up her mind to run away ... but situation wasn't as black and white given everyone around her!

No.. I did not think she was wrong in running away fully.. But I do think she should have talked to him,,

And then she had five years to talk to him to explain her reasons but she could not be bothered/ was guilty

She only thought about what she had done after she saw him again as the investigating officer

Even then, she expected a little too much goodness out of him

And then, when she was confronting him, she gave herself a bit too much importance and never really properly apologized for what she did.. His whole fam was humiliated, by her family too but she still did not really see the impact of what she had done

See both of them weren't completely wrong in what they did! ... Why did she not talk to him for 5 yrs? well that's how the story rolled .. 😆 .. In real life that's highly unlikely! .. And yes she should have apologized .. but then she was also wronged by his family ... neither did they apologize to her ... It was really weird to see how movie brushed aside the "dowry issue" and "mom not wanting to let her work post marriage" ... Dowry issue was the biggest ... I didn't like how Satyedra never acknowledged his family's wrong doings .. so I felt both deserved better respective different partners ... 😆

Someone else who also liked it .. I liked the movie too barring the issues I have had ... Leads had good chemistry ... RKR looked quite scrumptious when he unraveled the mystery ... That was the highlight of the movie fosho!
