Since AJ is FIL of 3 Bahus original Aunties according to Revati she assumed AJ is around 50-60s that why she calls him uncle.

love has no boundaries..it's a personal choice..there are many couples in real life with big age difference who fall in love and live happily ever after ..this is the highlight of the story and why i love guddan and akshat
