That is not true. She just used her own lip stick and makeup in her own way when she comes outside for events parties. Watch normal pics then and u see the same ayesha.

Ayesha has done lip fillers dear! The pic in the video might be falsified but you'll notice enough change on her lips if you observe her instagram pics carefully.

So sad she used to look better earlier, don't know why many Bollywood actresses are keen on changing their beautiful natural lips!

Thumbail pic is "super edited"! ... If you watch the video, she looks pretty normal with usual change that comes form weight gain and some touch up on the face here and there ... Nothing extra drastic as seen on the thumbnail!

I have watched the video, the pic is funny though. I made the title on the basis of my initial reaction to the thumbnail

however her surgeries were not needed
