Here Is The Update For 5th March, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
The Episode starts of with Rummy catching up with Purvi, near the staircase and Rummy tries to tell Purvi of his genuine love for her. Purvi says that she knows that. And when Rummy asks her the reason for her aloofness and detachment from him, Purvi, takes a question and answer like test. She asks him that he loves she is a model with a pretty face, she has sexy physique and he wants to impress with the other male friends, to all these questions Rummy's answer is yes. Purvi says she is sick of all these, and she wants to forget that she ever was a model with a pretty face and has come to the K M A to be a Soldier, And if Rummy wanted to win her love her then he had to prove his love as one would to a woman in Uniform. With that Purvi leaves.
This sets Rummy thinking and wonders how.
Scene shifts to Gunny and Vidya, Gunny asks questions like, if her name was Vidya and if he was Abhimanyu. Vidya gives all false answers and the graph moves up and down to signal that Vidya is lying.
In the billiards room all the three male cadets are present and a dissolute Rummy. Peter asks the reason and on knowing, he has his own brand of ideas much to the amusement of Markhand. Peter on knowing that Rummy could not play instruments nor sing is of the view that Rummy had no chance of winning his 'Queen Of Hearts' Heart.
Markhand does not think so, and proceeds to say the love story of his parents, amidst Peter's teasing.
Markhand says his Dad could not bear the torture of the girl from next village. Her Uncle and Aunt gave her bad times. And one day Mallah Senior rescued and married her. The point made by Markhand to Rummy was to impress Purvi with his ( Rummy's) brand of Manliness.
Rummy's face lights up.
At the mess area and the Kitchen, Akrithi is assigned to her duties in the kitchen, with apron and knife, ladle and few things on the oven, Akrithi is at work with pouted look. Suriji appears and sees the work and put in some suggestion that onion ought to be cut and put. Akrithi makes a caricature out of the onion, prompting Suriji to say that Akrithi has the knife in such a way as if to cut off someone's neck.
Later at the mess dining area Abhimanyu is working out the crossword puzzle and Suriji is out there with his singing and jovial self and makes a comment that Akrithi is attempting to cook. And Abhimanyu is confident would Akrithi learn.
Markhand over hears this conversation and makes his way into the kitchen area and near Akrithi. He begins a conversation that it is good that she is cooking the food and while back in his village he used to cook and also help someone in his family. Akrithi does not want to hear all these from Markhand, since she has ended up cooking when she had joined K M A to be a Soldier and asks him to leave, on the way out, Markhand thinks out aloud that although a Akrithi is tough girl but good at heart.
Markhand comes face to face with Abhimanyu, who is on his way in.
Abhimanyu takes one look at Akrithi's creation and tells her that food ought to be cooked with love and enjoyment and sing.
Abhimanyu takes a fork and a spoon / knife and does an impromptu band playing music and sings " Zindagi …. Ki … Fikhar .. Naa .. " song picturized on Dev Anand And Sung By Md Rafi. Film Hum Dono ( ? ? ? ).
Abhimanyu leaves, Akrithi has a bemused look.
Rummy some how manages to get into Armoury room and selects a gun and takes it with him.
Night time and a shadowy figure is creeping up on a wall.
Purvi is sleeping and on a noise she gets up and moves to the window, where first an arm comes up and then the face of Rummy.
Once inside, Rummy tells her that he loves her and since she wants him to prove he takes out the Gun and lifts it to his temple, and wants her to profess her love for him and go on a date with him.
Purvi starts pleading for him to remove the gun, and some point gun goes off but the shot was blank. Rummy says probably revolver had five bullets and then reenacts the show all over again. After few minutes Purvi relents to say that the date is on.
Then Purvi gets him out to retrace his steps through the window
Once down, Rummy comes face to face with a security and gets away by buttering up the unsuspecting Security.
It is made known by Rummy the gun was empty.
Scene shifts to Gunny and Vidya, Gunny takes off the wires from Vidya and places them on himself, Vidya asks him few questions and Gunny lies successfully. And when Vidya poses the question as to whether Gunny ever loved a lady, Gunny tells yes and the monitor goes berserk. Gunny has a faraway look and Vidya says happily caught you.
Then the wires are put on Vidya once more and is successful this time around. And at some point Vidya is asked about her place where she hails from, she answers 'Sangrampur', Gunny has a lost or a surprised look.
Vidya then brings out a thread and has it around her fingers in a net shape and says with this, they used to detect lies. And Vidya poses some question, Gunny tells yes the thread breaks or some thing and Vidya again says happily caught you.
But all of a sudden Vidya's mood change and she leaves.
Episode ends on a look of Gunny.
