Jhanvi wasn't wrong in being wary about akarsh and rejecting his love. I really didn't expect this from him. Him saying that she only changed her mind now because of his money and seeing nandini being spoilt and that she wouldn't be able to earn as much money being an actress. He deserved that slap. 😡 How uncalled for was that from him. 🤢

I can't believe she still went ahead and confessed love to him after he said all that to her. Plus none of the things she said seemed like she was acting just to marry him. It was all genuine.

And then he expects her to prove it by admitting it to everyone over the mike. I'm sorry but today he actually lost a lot of respect from me. Today's episode made it seem like it was all just ego of being rejected by jhanvi that he was doing all this.

Plus my initial theory I posted today about akarsh not playing with nandini's feelings and nandini being part of his plan to make jhanvi accept his love clearly turned out false given nandini's closeness to him today and his acceptance of it. 😡

I was shocked seeing Akarsh today! He has liked her since school as he say and he still thinks she would marry him for money! As if she didnt see his money before when he gave her expensive watches and all. ANd then those lipstick marks weren't fake either. 🤢

And then a call stopping the moment between him and Nandini. I thought he would himself push Nandni away or at least decently ask her to leave. Whatever Jhanvi said today looked genuine. Especially the slap and after that when she said why she rejected him and how she hates to be around him because of his this atitude but it breaks her heart when he is away and that now he is marrying someone else.

And the way Akarsh realised that Jhanvi did confess to him on emergency announcement as he asked her to tell the world that she loves him but he still refused. Akarsh seriously has some ego issue and is still mad that Jhanvi rejected him. Because today's epi could have easily ended the fake marriage track. Seems like he actually wants to marry Nandni just to teach Jhanvi a lesson for rejection. Though Jhanvi was confessing because of mangalsutra but she was genuine when she confessed to him. She looked genuine. But out of no where now akarsh thinks Jhanvi confessed to him after seeing wedding dress, ring and jewellery!

I would still say their chemistry is no joke. Their simple scenes like eye locks, and then hug scene today when Jhanvi dreamt about him proposing to her. It was so so amazing.

I know right! After her rejecting his expensive gift ages back, he now thinks she changed her mind about marrying him only for money? 🤢 Today really seemed to destroy the image they created of akarsh. He just seems like an egotistic and money-minded womaniser now.

But yes, these two have such good chemistry, that much can't be denied. I was pretty disgusted at how okay akarsh actually seemed with nandini's sexual advances. I'm sure though that he didn't actually let it go that far with her the way he claimed in front of jhanvi, but I guess we'll probably (hopefully) get a clarification on this next week given how today's episode made akarsh look really bad in all sorts of ways.

Exactly! It was disgusting he was all smiling and all at Nandini's advances. They didn't even know about Jhanvi before he came out and saw her and those lipstick marks on his neck and collar 🤢. I really thought they would be fake but it was nothing like that. He must have stopped Nandini at some point later which they didnt show and may be would show in next episode. And hopefully it is clarified in next episode. But as of now, looking at today's episode, it looked exactly as you said. He looked like it was just his ego and he was actually marrying nandini to take revenge from Jhanvi. Else if it was just a harmless jealousy track, he would have stopped Nandini in starting itself. Today there were all the chances for Akarsh to finally get his and Jhanvi's marriage fixed. I didnt understand why he said no even after he realised that Jhanvi confessed through emergency system and why he didn't stop Nandini there and then.

Do you know what I think? I think that upon hearing jhanvi's incident of falling off that building he might think she attempted suicide because of him perhaps. I mean that's plausible given that everybody would think what on earth was she doing on top of that random building at such a distance from home and nobody would understand what reason she would have had to be there, but akarsh, given his behaviour today may think that she went there herself to commit suicide because of him rejecting and insulting her. I hope so he does, because he should feel some guilt for that ass-holery he showed today. Gosh, next saturday can't come fast enough. Hopefully at least during the week we get some segments/ spoilers.

May be yes. But Akarsh if he knows her , he would know that Jhanvi isn't someone who would commit suicide because of being rejected. But he would definitely feel guilty for behaving like that and he should a lot. But whatever it is, I liked the precap, how Akarsh tries to be strong as he usually is shown but as soon as he held Jhanvi in his arms in that condition, he couldn't stop his tears. That were his genuine love he had for her and as you said before, his fear of losing her. Till now he his flirty side has been shown, I am glad they wuld show his this side. This would add to his character.

I am so excited for the next week episode. It looks like marriage will atleast start in next epi and may be end next to next week. I like that the show is not stretched, the rituals mehandi sangeet and all are shown but not unnecessary dragged for episodes and episodes. I love that they are actually focussing on Akarshvi story too along with Daayan story and I guess their story will develop post marriage. Initially I thought Jhanvi doesn't know Akarsh well but now it looks like it is both ways. Both don't know each other well. They love each other out of infatuation/ crush but that emotional connect is missing right now as they still don't each other that well.

But I also hope they justify Akarsh's behaviour in yesterday epi. He was disappointing yesterday.

As for Nandini, it looks like she will go spot free right now. But don't know if not suicide, then what will they show the family's reason of Jhanvi's falling off roof like that.

One thing I loved about that scene was their acting. The emotions turned out to be so real. Spacially from Tina's side.

His way of testing her love was a little too harsh. He wanted her to realize that his wedding to Nandini matters to Jhanvi then why was he so harsh ? 😕 That didn't make sense to be honest.

Jhanvi is so confused and pissed at him. She said that she doesn't love him yet she feels bad whenever he is with Nandini. Chalo we can say she is in denial. It happens. 😆 But how come she told him that she hates him so much but her love for him is bigger than her hatred for him. Even if after that she is still in denial, I don't understand when she will realize that she actually loves him. 😆

I'm not too sure about jhanvi's denial, but akarsh was a major a-hole yesterday, to a unnecessary amount as well. There was no need for him to start saying that she's confessed only because of greed for his money and because she wouldn't make as much money as him being an actress etc when she turned away from his kiss attempt. I was scratching my head and thinking if the daayan had possessed his body. 😕

What you're witnessing is a textbook balaji trope.

The Guy being a jerk trope has oft been repeated in many of their serials

They want viewers to invest their emotions into their show by annoying them

Kinda like the boy who grabs pigtails of the girl he likes

By next episode you will be forgiving Akarsh

Yeah, I know we'll all be putty in akarsh's hands in the following episodes, which irritates me when that happens.
