Aishwarya is a known face because of Longines and Cannes(L'oreal).

Deepika is very aware of her brand.

Time,Metgala,Cannes are all due to her exposure in the West.XXX 4 will keep her in the news.

She is smart enough to understand that there is not much more she can expect from there.It does bring in money and fame.

XXX3 gave her much more than many actresses got from their films in BW.
