She got her big break through telugu industry in Malliswari but was very condescending towards it and behaved as if it did not exist in her filmography!! Why are the shameless tollywood waale approaching her again? 😡

As if they care about whether she was condescending or not.. they approached her because she's a big Bollywood star.

But i think Katrina won't do this tamil movie. She don't need tamil movies as she's got many big production Bollywood movies already.

"Telugu" movie. There are other south Indian languages too not just Tamil.

I don't think so, she did movie with Balakrishna also. I feel after that she became famous and busy in Bollywood and no one approached her I guess.

Also, your logic doesn't really follow. Several South Indian movies are bigger than Bollywood movies in budget, scale, remuneration and reach.

Also several actors have done South Indian films at the peak of their Bollywood career, for example, Sridevi, Aishwarya Rai etc. And several South Indian actors rejected plum offers from Bollywood in favour of other South Indian films.

She did both malliswari n allari pidugu before she made it big in hindi movies. Infact malliswari was presented as a relaunch post boom fiasco. But as soon as she struck gold in bwood she just tried erasing her tollywood movies. She was not very good in them n could not even dance well.. it could have been the reason but I have seen her looking down upon her tollywood journey. Its good that she is now open to doing telugu movies but its very shameless of telugu producers n directors for chasing someone who in their peak looked down upon them.

Production values and reach of BB and 2.0 is testimony of South industries being at par with bollywood if not superior.
