I had the same thought after watching the trailer ...she is way ahead of her contemporaries...I may never become her fan coz of the way KJo serves her best of roles on a platter but there is no denying that she makes the best use of them and justifies them.

In fact, I thought she was pretty bad in the trailer. If the movie works, it will be al thanks to Zoya and Ranveer. No thanks to Alia, please.

Sorry to disagree.. Alia has perfected the same kind of role she has been playing like forever. Yes she has been crying in the same way in every film be in Udta, Razi or Highway or here. In GB trailer her character seems to be ancillary to the protagonist. The trailer revolves around Murad's journey and the high and low lights of his life. I fail to see what new she brought to this trailer compared to other films she has done. But she looks great with Veer. Good pairing
