THey have not confirmed yet about the pregnancy. Because shivi said I think i am pregnant. Mom was asking her to rest because she was almost dead and had severe blood loss. I am sure Shivi will either lose the baby or find out that she is not preggers

i dont suggest abortion but shekhar -suman can adopt this child as they did in season one
