Part 25

It has been two days till iyers arrived at Mumbai, they were staying at bhalla's house to ensure ishita can live with Raman while Raman and toshiji were totally into convincing them , even iyers can notice that ishita too is very much happy living here.She had nicely adjusted and is almost everything to this house ,even toshiji too do things with ishita approval while little ishu was always with ishita .

It was morning and ishita was preparing coffee for her parents and mimi's, while toshiji was making tea for themselves. Though ishita said that she will make tea too but toshiji told her to take care of her parents . Toshiji and ishita were in kitchen ,making the beverages while iyers were sitting in hall ,Mr iyer was reading news paper ,mihir was reading something on his tab , amma too was sitting there while mihika and aarav were still in their room.They noticed Ramanishu coming towards the kitchen ,ishu was sitting on his shoulder and was closing her eyes ,asking Raman " papa hum pahunch gaye".

R- no baby just wait for a while we are reaching .

Ishu- otay otay ( ok ok).

Soon they reached kitchen and Raman said " ok we are here ".

Ishu opened her eyes and spoke "good molning mumma ".

I- good morning bachche ,what was that .

Ishu- aaj che main loz savele aapka face dekhoongi ( from today onwards I will see your face first in the morning ).

I- achcha ji ,but why somuch attention towards mumma .

Ishu - tyoti aap mujhe achche lagte ho (because I like you very much).

I- achcha ji savere savere mumma to buttering buttering ,what about papa .

Ishu - my papa is best lekin wo to mele paas hamecha se hain ,aap guchcha huye the na , so I love you sabse jyada ( your were angry na ,so i love you most ).

Ishita smiled while ishu bend and kissed her cheek ,Raman made a dirty face and spoke " yahi hai ,papa was always there that's why , papa ki koi value hi nahi hai . I m sad now .

Ishu smiled and pecked his cheek too and spoke " I love you too papa ".

R- that's like a nice girl ,now I m feeling bit ok .

He saw toshiji and ishita pouring tea and coffee and went out . He greeted iyers and settled on couch while sat ishu on the couch's hand. Ishita showed up with coffee and tea along with some snacks . Toshiji too settled beside Raman and passed ishu's plate ,having tea and biscuits ( she use to have tea ,biscuit in morning when toshiji and Raman had their morning tea) . Ishita gave everyone their tea and settled beside her mother . All were happening their drink in silence only Raman was talking to ishu in between. To broke the silence Raman asked " uncle ,mihir will you people join me to my office ".

Mr iyer - for what .

R- to see my work place . You should also see if I m financially sound to keep your daughter na .

Mr iyer - that's not needed as we can see you have developed much and l must appreciate it . You started with zero and now you are standing in good place that's really good .

R- what do you think then , can we ..

Raman looked at ishita then to her father and waited for his answer . But Mr iter didn't spoke anything ,looking to this toshiji said " Raman puttar ,you give them some more time . "

Then she looked at iyers and spoke " I know you must think that I m supporting Raman because he is my son but I want to clear that he actually loves ishita somuch and want her badly in his life.I m glad that you are giving him a chance.I hope you will come up with positive response, ishita is an important member of our family without whom our family can't be completed ever . Wo na sirf Raman ki biwi hai but is ghar ki bahu bhi hai . She is like caretaker of this house ,its not that we weren't living before but it's just that she has put life in this house . ( toshiji looked at amma and spoke ) being a woman and mother you can understand ishita and our position bit nicely them iyer bhaisahab and mihir . I request you to accept them for once ."

Amma- I think they are right viswa ,we can see how they are always around ishita, it seems that their life revolves around her . I hadn't seen ishu so happy and contented ever .

Mr iyer - madhu we can't overlook what ishu has gone through because of him .

They were discussing when ishu asked " nani ,aalav bhaiya tahaan hai ? Abhi cho lahe hain ?( where us aarav bhaiya ,is he still sleeping)

Amma- humm ,when he didn't have school ,he sleeps till late .

I- ishu beta ,why don't you go and check aarav bhaiya .

Ishu - otay mumma.

Saying so she passed her plate to Raman and went from there. Mr oyer eyes followed her and the moment she vanished ,he spoke " and what about this girl , my ishu still is a kid and you want her to take care of someone else daughter. "

R- uncle may be she is not my daughter but I m her father , shagun has given birth to her only for me ,I had adoption papers of her . I can't leave my daughter.

Mr iyer - see ishu , ge has many more priorities than you .

R- I m sorry sir you are being judgmental, I had three important part of my family ,my mother ,my wife and my daughter. And I m not going to leave anyone of them for other as they are my life as well as responsibility. If you want to taste my love for ishita ,you are wellcome always but if you want me to leave any of them I can't. Place mihir in place of me ,what if he has been said to choose one among , you , mihika and their son . He won't be able to choose one haina ,likewise I too can't choose any of them .

Toshiji got happy and supported Raman . They were still talking when they heard ishu cries ,all looked at the direction of vice while Raman and ishita almost ran towards there ,when theh saw ishi coming from there ,crying loudly . Raman picked her in his arms and pacifies her ,her cries lessen and she jumped into ishitas arm ,she caught her in nick of time and stepped back a bit . Ishu hugged ishita tight and spoke " mumma aap mujhe chol kal mat jaao na ,main achchi bachchi hoon ,main dandi bachchi nahi hoon ,please mujhe chol kar mat jaao . ( mumma please don't leave me , I m not a bad girl ,I m a good girl ,you please don't leave me ).

I(surprised)- who told you that I m leaving .

Ishu- aalav bhiya ,wo bole ki wo log aapko lene aayein hain .
( aarav bhaiya ,he told me that theh had come to take you along).

Ishita glared mihir and her father ,then caressed ishu's hair ,patted her back and said " ishu nothing like that puttar ,I m not going anywhere ,I will live with you here only ."

Ishu - pal aalav bhaiya ...

I- he is teasing you .

That's when aarav came out and said " bua why are you living here ,who are these people . Aap please apne ghar chalo ,I miss you alot ".

I- I too is missing you a lot aarav but the problem is ,from now this is my house . As you are your mothers baby ,she is my baby and he is your fuffaji (uncle). Now I will live here with my husband ,baby and mother in law .

Aarav - aur main ,I will miss you a lot .

I- I will also miss you alot and will come to meet you in between .

Theh were talking when Ramans phone rang, it was his secretary, reminding him about the morning meeting. After the call he said " ishita I have meeting at eleven ,so will have to rush . It has been two days ,your family had come but they hadn't went anywhere out . How about taking them out to explore Mumbai ".

I- humm that sounds nice .

R- ok ,you take the another car and I will send my car too , you take everybody out . I m taking ishu along .

I- why ?

R- may be she can bother you or may be you want to be free with your family.

I- nothing like that I will take her and mummyji along .

R- are you sure .

I- yeah .

R- thankyou somuch .

Ishita just smiled and moved to kitchen, Raman went to his room to get ready while iyers too went to their rooms . After a while Raman called ishita ,she went to room and he handed some money and his card to her . She looked at it and asked " what's this ".

R- you are taling your family our ,so you must be having enough money na .

I- I have .

R- no that's not my money, you are my wife and you should spend ky money not your fathers or yours .

Ishita just smiled and took it . She was going out when Raman held her hand ,she turned to him ,he pulled her closer and spoke ,pecking her temple ," thankyou somuch ishita ".

I- for what ?

R- for being with me . For believing me . I so love you .

I-(with moist eyes)- hope appa agree soon .

R- I m so scared ishita ,I never felt so nervous ,at my exams also .

I- you must never cheated in them but here you already had done a mistake.

R-(resting his head on her shoulder )- I know that's why I m more scared .

He kissed the back of her palm and pleaded again " I swear ishita my love is genuine, please trust me for once ".

I- i do trust you but now its beyond me .

He pulled her for a bone crushing hug ,she too closed her eyes ,feeling contended . They parted after a while and then she went to kitchen while Raman got ready .

In iyers room ,amma settled on bed and spoke " viswa I think Raman genuinely loves ishu and want her in his life ,why are you stopping them . Even ishu too is happy here ,I think we should get them married and let ishu live her life with her small family ".

Mr iyer - not so soon madhu ,its been only two days ,what if they are pretending.

Amma- I agree may be they are pretending but ishu ,she too seems to be genuinely happy .

Mr iyer - may be but still I want some more time .

Amma - I had never seen ishu so happy and chirpy after Raman left. Its not that she never smiled before but the smile which she has now us something which reaches heart and I hope she gets all the happiness which is kacked earlier .

Mr iyer - I m her father madhu and I will not think bad about my daughter, it's just she had gone through somuch earlier that's why I m being bit conscious.

Amma- I m not saying you are wrong, just saying that don't be much late .

Mr iyer- okay .

Later all settled on dinning table for breakfast , everybody was having it slowly at its pace while Raman had his breakfast in jiffy and left ,not before reminding ishita to take iyers out . Ishita informed everybody that she is taking them out and told everybody to get ready ,ishu and aarav both got excited but seeing aarav happiness ,ishu immediately went to ishita and said " ye meli mumma hai ,aul mele chaath lahengi ( she us my mother and will live with me ).

No one could stop themselves on smiling at her declaration .
