Even though she is ex naagrani I think she should have had some residual powers from her naagrani's days. Just look at Sumi she is all powerful and mighty. Even overpowering Bella several times. I think Naagrani maa did not keep herself fit that's why she lost powers. Time of peace had made her complacent in her training and she became weak. That's why she couldn't defend herself when storm comes to destroy. And these naaglog should learn a thing or two from human beings. Put some bodyguards to protect the royal family. Don't just leave them unattended and unprotected for.
