I don't think there's anything called 'Fixed winner'. They literally count votes. You can call it 'khairati winner' because colors try to manipulate audience with non existing dukho ki dastan of their favorite contestant. Like it happened last year, they presented Hina as vicious vamp AND shilpa as dukhyari tabla naari, sabse haari bichari Maa with their editing and cropping talent. They really count votes, whether votes wre coming from fans or PR, that's completely different story. Looking at Bhuvaneshwari's obsession on twitter, it looks like they have appointed good PR team.
