For false advertising and fraud if Surbhi is eliminated this week without reaching the finale.

Pretty sure they said ticket to finale. Ndtv, times of India and many other news sources say the same. If she survived last week elimination she would be reaching the finale week anyways. They clearly said ticket to finale. 😆
