Good movies you couldn't watch due to personal significance?

Is there any movie which you aren't able to watch due to attached personal significance?

It is difficult for me to watch any movie related to Kashmir being a KP.

I never have the mood to watch films that I am well aware of having a plot surrounding medical conditions or health problems or disabilities or too many hospital scenes.. there's a rare exception though, and it's usually when I'm forced to watch :p

A slight deviation from your question because I did watch them once but I can't make myself watch them again. They were too real, sad and disturbing and just really hurt my heart. I don't want to feel like that so I don't want to ever rewatch them.

Those movies being:
Graveyard of the Fireflies
Irreversible
Requiem for a Dream

They scarred me.

I'm trying really hard to think of some Bollywood movies that I have trouble rewatching but I can't seem to think of any right now. I'll edit if I remember any...

Maybe that Ashutosh Rana film where he cross dresses and kidnaps kids. That kinda scared me when I was younger and I haven't rewatched since.
