About his relationship, it might be FWB coz he's been drifting a lot. Its good if it turns out real like Natasha-Varun, but in case they drift away, I want Sarthik. They both looked quite embarrassed and awkward when Ranveer introduced them and Karthik was blushing when jurnos told him about Sara's confession. This makes them look endearing not desperate hook up type PR drama 😆
