What's so fake in it?
KV doesn't consider her as a friend. Time and again he has made statements like 'main uski shakal bhi nahi dekhna chahta'. She made him captain and captain bante hi he threw her under the bus. Why should she be nice towards him?

She never claimed to be MAHAAN. That spot is reserved for KV. She said she is emotional and since KV hurt her, she cut all her ties with him. Isme kya fake hua?
