That masked woman is none other than Purple Aunty Sumi only.

She didn't touch nagmani at that time.Nagmani was kept on it's place.She wanted she get it through Nagrani because at that time according to Bela jab nagmani uski haatho se hoke jayegi tabhi wo kaam aayega.

Vyom also get it through Juhi who was Nagrani.
