I felt the reaction was Interesting.
By using ghatiya Anurag probably meant he dint wanted to maligned the Friendship bond/feeling that he have with Prerna .
He still thinks of her as his Friend and tries to seek confirmation from Prerna.
He is gonna friendzone her I guess 😆 , until Prerna makes him realise.
On second thought it could also mean that the thought that whatever Anurag is doing is out of jealousy and HE WANTS Prerna , not because Naveen is married and involved in sex trafficking racket ...
