Salman's Biased WKV (Bra joke)

In one of the past seasons, I think it was Ali Quli Mirza who told some female contestant about something that was said about her by a group of male housemates.
Salman Khan justified that by saying, "It was normal guy talk, you shouldn't have told her"

And now he finds consensual more "adult" jokes "vaheeaad"

They are not school-going children, They are adults, some with kids. I'm sure less-than-family jokes will happen time to time and if they have that comfort with each other, what's the problem. Oooh he was messing with her bra! This is why the country is so backwards. They showed Stitch in Lilo and Stitch with the exact same stupid stance.

It's awkward but to demean it to that point? C'mon?

And stop with the "family-show" - with all the disrespect, abuse, aggression etc. BB asks Salman to condemn such acts yet will gain TRP off them in promos, voot extras etc. How can you do this in front an Indian audience, except BB can choose to broadcast it or not, like Sree's hospital visit.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Talking and playing are 2 different things.

When 2 guys or girls sits together, they do have such chats and leaking such chats to other gender or person outside the group is wrong.

But the way these 3 played with Bra was offensive.

In which way was the so called joke consensual when they were flashing and posing some girl contestant's bra without even telling her? Then they say " yeh Deepika ka hai.." Forget about flashing, they shouldn't even have touched someone's undergarments without his/her permissions.

Alright I didn't realize it was Dipika's. Thought it was Surbhi's.
In that case, crossed a massive line there.

But BB's and Salman's hypocrisy remains. Why show something only to condemn it after?

On the talking, I have to disagree. "Locker room talk" is a part of the reason for demeaning attitudes and mindsets towards women, esp in India.

On bra issue, thought it was Surbhi's. My bad. Couldn't hear them so assumed it belonged to her.

so whose was it? Just a random one they found in the laundry?

But messing around with someone's underwear crosses a line esp if they are not comfortable with that.

Him playing with it though, if it belonged to Surbhi, that alone - I don't see anything wrong with it.

but no one was there... they didn't make fun of anyone neither made anyone uncomfortable...
I agree it was totally dumb.. but not a ghatiya harkat as everyone is making it out to be...
don't know whose bra was it... they didn't know either...

Touching someone's undergarments without their permission is in itself offensive and they flashed someone else's bra and posed it with.
Keeping private things private is not taboo its called having etiquettes. It is not a country thing.

Thank you for explaining it beautifully.
