How ineffective is Bigg Boss voice this season

All previous seasons I loved bigg boss voice over. It used to show a total control and command. Housemates gave it the utmost respect and obeyed orders. Nomination room conversations were not only interesting but meaningful full.

This season no respect for Bigg Boss. Very seldom housemates follow orders. Bigg boss itself is behaving like a lost cause. No nomination room conversations.
