seeing the SBS and other outlet reporting regarding accident of Anurag make me think about the promo and the thorn poking Anurag finger and blood coming. Is it possible the injury of Anurag in accident will make them or prerna confess/realize she looks him? I wonder the blood part in promo was indicative of harm coming to Anurag?
