When you see the BCCI stand, they have decided to oppose any order by the court in his favour.There is none in BCCI who even remotely supports or sympathises with this man.

Endemol has already caved in and stopped him while he was trying to play with the ball inside the house. BCCI has a huge clout and Endemol is not going to put their money on Shree and have him the poster boy of BB 12. They are using him as a glorified showman that's all.
