Possible justification by BB to save their laadla

They won't air the slap. They'll show some minor physical squabbles during the task.
BB will hope that the matter dies down.

But the matter won't die down. People will speak about it. When contestant leave the BB house they will speak about it, even inside they will (which BB may not air).

I don't even think it matters - at this point it's clear that Sreesanth can say and do literally anything, and he'll be molly-coddled and handled inside, and defended and supported outside. The only time I can see him doing something and it being an issue is if it's against Dipika - kyun ki baaki kisiki koi aukaat nahin wahan apparently. But that too will find a way to fizzle out, because she herself will likely not have an issue with it. If BB truly gave a damn about how they're perceived, this guy would've been bashed and out a long time ago.
