Episode No 189 Monday 3/3/08

Recap from Friday - Danda and family leaving for the
girl seeing ceremony and the income tax officers
landing . The officers are surprised that the house is
locked. One guy opines that they got wind of the raid
but another guy negates vehemently " no way, this is
an air tight visit, no leak is possible", They call a guy
from the next shop and ask about Danda and family.
H e says that they just left and he has no idea of their
evening "sojji bajji" destination. The officers decide to
wait - the cars are asked to move away and they also
go away to watch the house. Viswa and Kumar arrive at
the lodge. Viswa is skeptical about the place but Kumar
confirms that this is where he saw Megs. They go and
talk to the lodge manager. Ask for info on the regulars of
room no 103. the manager is reluctant at first but later
says that the boy who served that room on that day is
on leave and only he can enlighten them about Bhoo and
his adventures. Viswa is adamant about meeting the boy
in his house. Gets the address from the manager and
convinces Kumar to ride all the way to Ambathur!!!

Danda and family arrive at destination evening tea. The
girl's dad and mom (Padma) have all their 32 teeth in
place and show that they have no need to visit the dentist
in the near future. All go in and seat themselves. Bhoo
and Danda are given chairs while the rest are made to
sit down ( enna logic ithu??? are we still in 18th century??
Director sir, enna solla varinga nnu ungalukkavathu
puriyaratha???) Pechi starts the ball rolling " enga maama
vai pathi.." Girl's dad again proves that he is a non-
dentist person" Dandapani nnu per kettathume , I had a
positive vibration and so decided that my daughter will
be given to his uthavaakarai son only". Nandhu can not fathom
the "silisilippu" but Pechi asks for the girl to be brought in.
Viji comes with coffee tumblers and an "annalum nokkinaal,
avalum nokkinal" happens!! " punnagai seyyuthe, pattaam-
poochi parakkuthe" ( kashta kaalam, Bhoo kku poi apdi
oru look kuduthuthu antha ponnu!! adi vaangi othai vaangi
saga than porom nnu theriyame!!) - Coffee is distributed -
Angu, Padmini, Chandru and Nandhu decline. Tams shows
her first acceptance by asking Viji about her bleaching and
beauty parlor charges. " Entha parlor?" gets answered by
" 2 streets away". Tams is happy about the proximity and
wants Viji's appreciation on her eyeliner. Flutters her eyes
a few times and asks Viji to comment but poor Viji has no
clue -"onnume theriyaliye" - Before Viji gets to comment
on some thing more, Danda stops Tams. Viji is asked about
her liking- " ennamma, mappillaiyai pidichirukka?" in front
of every body. Nandhu murmurs to Pechi" enna kudumbam
ithu?? nadu veet le kekkaraanga?" ( Danda kku yetha family
than, ange ellam nadu veedu or nadu road le thane nadakkum!!)
Viji smiles acceptance and gives a love look to moron
(sagikkalai!!) Moron for his part tries to give a response and
ends up giving one of his rotten expressions. "enakku ponnai
romba pidichirukku" - Viji is elated and so are the parents.
They all go in to bring the sweets ( this is good. Ponnu pidicha
sweet, illatta coffee oda scoot, some saving!!) Angu's three
eyes are rolling in full swing ( the danger light kumkum looks
exactly like the proverbial third eye of Lord Siva!!) Danda
and son are happy to have latched on"the' girl and are
eagerly waiting for the sweets.

Kannu's office - Prakash asks for some file given to Viji 2
days back. Kannu reminds that she is on leave and is busy
being seen by a prospective groom. Prakash cares two hoots
and asks Kannu to call Viji-" call and locate the file. Bring it
to my cabin." Kannu calls and bingo....Tams picks it up as
she is the one seated next to the phone. Kannu asks for Viji
saying that she is a colleague -"Kanmmani nnu sollunga, she
will know" - Tams is her usual self -"athane parthen, correct
aa nanga ponnu pakka vanthathu therinju, phone panni
kalikka pakkariya? my bro is man singam di ( athu sari antha
" A..singam pathi theriyaatha??) avanukku second marriage
panname Oya matta intha Tams". Kannu cries ( so whats new??) "Ponnu pakkava??? vu vu" Tams has had enough ( I can't
help siding her now, intha ulu ulu azhugai romba thangalai
than!!) "azha aarambichittiya??? ithu thangama than vera
kalyaanam avanukku. Phone ai vaidi" - puts the phone
down and keeps the family posted of the call from ex.
Kannu wipes her tears ( amma di, unakku freedom
kannukku munnadi irukku, grab it, ithukku mele nee
Bhootham than venum nnu pidivaatham pidiche, I am
going to call Thyagu and ask him to kidnap you to some
aal illatha island!!!) and puts the phone down. Finally
Viji and her parents enter asking for the caller, Tams
says that it is a wrong number but Angu now uses her
bindi as a traffic stop signal. "na solren, that call was
from my DIL Kanmani. I am also a woman and so hear
me straight. Unga ponnai enga Bhoo kku second marriage
panni kodukkarathu romba thappu". All the others are
dumb... Angu is fuming.... Viji and parents freeze...

Episode No 190 Tuesday 4/3/08

Recap from yesterday - Angu's traffic stop signal in full form.
Angu says that getting Viji married to Bhoo is the worst thing
that can happen to Viji (how true??? talk about upholding
women's rights!! Angu does it beautifully!!) Every body is
stunned for a moment and Danda finds his tongue first -" yey,
unakku enna aachu? yen ipdi kathare?" Tams is quick to
follow suit, "hanmm, ithanai neram antha amma phone le
kathichu ( kathicha?? enge?? ulu ulu nnu azhuthichu, athu
kathi yirunthha than nanga happy aa iruppome!!) ippo, ithu
nerle kaththu". Angu goes on to say that if there is a fight
between spouses, the hubby should go and pacify the wife
but Bhoo is here all set to marry a second time. Bhoo
interjects saying that he is no saint to stay single and as
a man can marry however many times he wants. Now Angu
drives the point home -" paathingalaa?? aambalaiyaam?
can marry again and again aam!! what guarantee do u have
that this won't happen to your daughter?" Now Tams
praises mommy " nalla amma, Bhoo, unakku kidaicha
amma is great da!!" Angu at last does what we all wanted
her to do long back!! SLAPS Tams and tells her to shut up -
"vayai thirantha kolai vizhum.Ponna di nee??" Now Viji's
father plays pigeon of peace - asks Angu ' if u had a problem
with this, u should have talked at home and stopped this
nalla kaariyam. why do u shout now?" Angu says that she
kept quiet all through only because she knew that her
arguments have no value. If she does it here, then the
girl's parents will think about this alliance and no future
alliance will come along as well. She goes on to say that
Kannu is a very nice girl and by this marriage the lives
of 2 girls will be spoiled. Viji's father hears every thing
and then says that Danda has already told him every thing
and that he has immense trust in his daughter -"my
daughter will take care of every thing. Ungalaaiyum
thaanguva, kkavalai padatheenga". Viji for her part
assures Angu that she will take care of MIL
very well. Now only Angu realizes that Danda has latched
on to some one who is no way less to himself -"che enna
kudumbam??? ellathukkum thuninja tha irukku??so, u knew
all along, eh?" Danda says that Angu will be around to see
all that happens but Angu has no such plans. She says that
she wont be around witnessing this nonsense and leaves.
The rest leave as well after Danda confirms that this marriage
will take place -" irrespective of any hurdles from any quarter"
- Viji and her parents are happy.

Sakthi's house - Pushpa is coming back from veg. shop. Sees
her kid playing outside with dolls... she sees a chain and lo
and behold, that is Sakthi's thaali chain. Pushpa decides to
have some fun ( summa kidantha vaaykku aval kidaicha
epdi?? field day than..) and hides the chain in her saree.
Goes in and tells Durga that her DIL is walking around
without thaali. Durga confronts Sakthi and Sakthi recalls
removing it the previous night. She panics and searches all
over the house -( I felt really bad for her. The way a pregnant
woman was made to run up and down was making me angry😡)
Poor thing searches all over and can not find the chain.

The search continues and Durga is all angry at Sakthi for
removing the thaali ( I can not understand this!! what if one
removes the thaali?? does it mean that a woman does not
respect her hubby??? Hubby ai naaye peiye nnu thittitu,
thaali ai mattum kannile othinda ok va??? respect is for the
person or for the inanimate object???!!! moot point eh??)
Durga says that Sakthi has removed Diwa's yuir ( uh huh,
your son is so delicate?? that his yuir hangs around Sakthi's
neck??!!!) Pushpa interjects -" ozhunga muraiyaa thaali
kattikitti vantha thane ithellam puriya?" Sakthi cries, Diwa
tries to shut up Pushpa and FIL tries to placate saying that
all this is normal in these days and times. Pushpa cleverly
adds that Diwa's life is more important for them and that is
why she and Durga are upset. Anyways, Durga and Pushpa
go up to Sakthi's room and search. Sakthi is outside and Diwa
is inside the bath room searching for the chain. Pushpa slowly
takes the chain from her sari and slips it under the bed...
Sakthi sees this....... ( if Sakthi shouts at Pushpa and walks
out of this house, i will be the first one to support. All the while,
I chided Sakthi for her impulsive behaviour but now she has
changed a lot - matured a lot - maturity does not mean
cowing down to such atrocity - onda vantha pidari Oor
pidariyai virattumaa?? Sakthi va, oru kai pakkalaam!!)

Episode No 191 Wednesday 5/3/08

Recap from yesterday. Sakthi sees Pushpa dropping the
chain under the bed and stares at her. Pushpa perceives
the stare but acts ignorant. Finally, Pushpa retrieves the
chain and gives it to her chithi. Durga is happy to see the
chain and asks Sakthi to wear it. But Pushpa wants to further
hurt -"chithi, let us go to some temple, do some pooja and
then make her wear it. Once before, Diwa was near death
because of Sakthi..." Now, Sakthi mustersenough courage
and confronts Pushpa -" tell me the truth, where did u take
the chain from??" Pushpa looks sheepish and gets offensive
-"now, do u doubt me?" Sakthi informs Diwa that she
searched thoroughly under the bed and did not find it. She goes
on to say that she saw Pushpa taking the chain from her saree.
Diwa is slightly???!!! angry and asks sister darling. Durga
intervenes and asks Sakthi to come to the pooja and wear the
thaali. Sezhiyan brings Kavitha to a restaurant where her
friends are waiting for her ( hostel thirumbi poganum, time
aachu, permission le vanthen nnu sonna??? ippo restaurant
poraa???) She introduces Sezhi to them and all of them rag
him. Kavi says that he is a civil engineer and looking for a
job. One of the friends asks him to meet her dad -"Wed-
nesday veetukku vaanga, my dad will get a job" - they all
order for ice creams and when the bill comes tease Sezhi
to pay - " naalu girls kku naduve one gentleman, avar thane
pay pannanum, do not insult him Kavi" - Kavi pays up and
Sezhi leaves feeling bad. Kavi's friends tease her about
Sezhi and Kavi says that they are good friends and she does
not have any other idea as of now.

Danda and family return from the girl seeing episode. the
IT guys watch this. Danda sees that the gate is locked.
Tams wonders as to where Angu went -" namakku munne
inge vanthirukkum nnu partha aalaiye kaanum???amma enge?"
Pechi opens the gate and they go in. Tams is furious -
" amma kku moolai kettu pochu. When she hit me there,
I was so mad but did not want to fight in front of all those
people" - the IT people barge in and want to go in to search.
Tams is right in front confronting them -" yaar veettukkulle
yaar varathu?? ithu romba gowramaana family, ladies irukkira
edam, u can't enter as u please" Chandru tries to placate as
well but the police inspector silences them -" if u co.operate
with us, there will be no problem.Tams shouts some more
but the inspector is quick to point out that if she shouts some
more she will be dealt with differently. They are all made to
sit and all the cell phones are confiscated. The search goes
on and Pechi is made to open every room. First , some gold
is found and Tams does a"bha bha bha" (was funny to see
her doing that noise - tapping her mouth in quick successions)
- finally they enter Danda's private room. Danda frets -
" dey antha room da , antha room kku poraanga da" Tams
offers water to dad.

The IT people open Danda's safe and get out brief case
full of jewells and bingo........ get the brief case of cash which
was given by Vadivu Pechi shouts from upstairs saying that
all has been found. Danda is fretting, Tams and Chandru
massage his chest and offer water. Tams does not forget to
shout that all the money is earned by her dad -"ratham sinthi
enga appa sambathichatu, summa apdiye allittu poga vittudu
vomaa?" - ( the Q is.. yaar blood??? Nandhu sonna mathiri yr
dad is an extra large moottai poochi??!!) The IT people are
making a list of all things. Tams finds the finger ring of her
kid and shouts -" that belongs to my kid,gift for him, athai
yen edukkaringa?" The officer says that they can claim back
every thing after showing proper accounts. Account note books
are also seized. One of the officers asks Tams about the thick
chain she is wearing and Tams almost hits him" that is my
thaali chain, u want that as well?" The police inspector gets a
call and he promises to come soon to some one. The IT officer
asks for details and the inspector says that some one has lost
50 lacs in a highway accident and that call is from B'lore police.
(aha ha , ippo theriyaratha??? that money was given by Ranga
to Megs and the B'lore police has the currency numbers!! So,
now Danda will blame athai for this -" panam kudukkara mathiri
kuduthuttu ,IT le complain pannitta!!" - so the enmity will get
much worse. Athu sari, moron wedding enna aagum?? I want him
to marry Viji and end up in the prison.) All the money is listed,
Danda frets -" namba kudumbathukku yen da ipdi aaganum??
ayyo, evvalavu kashta pattu sambathichen..."

Episode No 192 Thursday 6/3/08

A crying Angu arrives to see Amutha. Announces to Amutha
that she has left Danda and family for good. Amutha takes
her in and Sara is happy to see periamma. Sara does an usual
"kusalam visarippu" which gets answered by "mm nalla than
irukkanga" Amutha offers some water and is curious about
the girl seeing episode. Angu confirms that she doled out her
choicest compliments on both her hubby and sonny boy. " yen
manasile irunthathu ellam kotti theerthen, in front of every
body". When Amutha asks her about why she kept quiet
before going to see the girl, Angu says that she was just
biding for the best time -' na muthalle sonna, no one would
have bothered. So, I wanted to go to the girl's house and
expose these people". Amutha and Sara listen attentively.
Angu goes on to say that fate is playing a dirty game with
Kannu -" Kannu called when we were there and Tams made
that in to a big issue" - Amutha is now keen on the reaction
from the girl's side and Angu gives a dejected look - "na
ithanai satham pottu ellam sonna apram kooda , they are
keen about the marriage. That girl is marrying just for the
sake of money, enna kudumbam, epdi patta ponnu nnu
ninaichi paaru" Amutha wants to know why Angu landed
at her door after all the drama and Angu says " unga
urave vendam nnu murichi kittu vanthutten ma. Ithanai
vayasukku apram ipdi pannittalennu pakkariya?? antha
kudumbathu kku panninathu ellam pothum nnu vanthutten.
Sara, neethan inime my son, enakku konjam sapaadu
pottu pathukkariya?" Amutha is scared that both Danda
and Bhoo can create problems but Angu cares two hoots -
" I will go back to that house only when they realize their
mistakes and also realize the value of my DIL Kannu,
Can I stay here?" Amutha and Sara are touched by her
revelation - Amutha assures that it is Angu's house from
now on. ( Angu was calm and collected, no extra fringes,
no vu vu s, not one extra word....was categorical and had
a determined look, way to go Angu👏👏) The trio look
calm and rested.

The IT guys confiscate the gold and money. They take it
all to their cars and Tams runs behind -"ayyo ayyo, ellam
poguthe, sitha irunga , pesi theethukkalaam, athile 200
paun enga appa enakku pottathu, athai kudunga" - the cars
leave and Danda comes out with outstretched hands -" yeey,
40 varushaama I am a financier, now all of a sudden how
can they raid?? poche, ellam poche" - the sons pacify dad
and Bhoo comes out with his wisecrack "uh enna periya IT??
namba pasanggalai koopittu ingeye pottu thalliyirukkanum"
( ippo he is very brave😳, when they were draining the whole
thing, ivar iruntha edam theriyalai, poonai kutty mathiri
hiding, ippo he becomes Veera Pandiya Katta Bomman!!😳)
Chandru chides Bhoo and says that if only they had laid their
hands on those officers, the outcome would have
been drastic. Bhoo jumps some more and Danda quickly
points out that all the veeram was missing so long!!! Finally,
Bhoo infers that all this must be due to Megs " annikki
savaal vittuttu ponale, neenga kooda irunthingale mappillai
sollunga..." Nandhu swallows hard but the final finger
pointing is towards Megs. Chandru and Bhoo run to see
the auditor and advocate. Danda is sweating and is cursing
Angu - " namakku ipdi kashtam vanthachu, intha Angu
engiyo poi ukkanthirukka??!!" Tams decisively says that
Angu has gone to Kannu's house -" eppo parthaalum yen
DIL yen DIL nnu ava pakkame pesum, so angethan irukkum.
Ange illatta, yen perai maathi neenga sonna mathiri thagara
dabba nnu koopidunga" (Tams alias thagara dabba than
inime - not for her looks, for the way she shouts, semai voice
and dabba le pebbles pottu kulukaara mathiri than irukku!!)-
pulls hubby along to go to Kannu's house and bring mommy
as Danda says that it is below their dignity to let Angu stay
with Kannu. Nandhu hesitates but Tams is smart -" my sis
my sis nnu romba than kondaduveenga antha Kannu vai,
so u better tag along"Danda frets some more about loosing
his wealth - Pechi and Padmini scoot inside.

Tams and Nandhu arrive at Tilaga's house - thatha extends
a warm welcome but Tams pours cold water on that warmth.
"ungalode konji kolava varalai, enge amma vai koopidunga"
Tilaga and clan arrive at the door step ( athu sari, vasalile
vachu pesinaa than ithukkellam jolly!!) Vadivu comes with
her usual stance - " unga amma vai yen inge thedare?? unga
veet le ethu nadanthaalum inge vanthudivingalaa?" Tilaga
stops Vadivu but Vadivu silences Tilaga. Tams is now on to
accuse Megs -" u challenged to Bhoo and u have done it.
Danda is charging exorbitant interest, neriya panam irukku,
allittu pongannu IT kku neethan epottu kuduthe??" Now
Megs uses her saucers to show anger "shut up, I just said
some thing in anger but it was your bro who talked ill of me,
anne, sollungalen" Well, the lodge episode of Megs is out
in the open!! Kannu nears Megs and asks her about the
lodge visit -" knowing well that this is a kaattu miraandi
gumbal why did u do that?" Now Tams forgets mommy, IT
et al -" epdi pesara?? rendu perum maathi maathi act
panringala???" Kannu categorically says that she left
that family for good and does not want to have any thing
to do with them - "would u be happy if I died?? and from
then on will u let my family live in peace??" Tilaga and
Megs cry ( ada da she is alive mma, yen ippo azhugai??)
Tams wonders as to why Kannu called Viji's place and
Kannu explains that she had to call Viji for some official
info and she is not some astrologer to know that Viji is the
chosen one for Bhoo. Tilaga gets to the front and cries a
bit ( appa da konja naal aachu azhuthu, nalla kaalam Tams
inge vanthiye!!) " yr mom is not here and we know nothing
about all this, please leave" Now Athai takes the arena "
Unga veettu nai kutty, poonai kutty kanom nna kooda inge
than varuvingalaa?? unakku enna apdi oru vai??" Tams
jumps and athai slaps. Poor Nandhu manages to pull wife
and they leave with Tams shouting until the auto is out of
sight. Athai is tired -" appa da , enna kudumbam ithu??
namba ponnai kuduthuttu ipdi oru kashta padarom??
yengiyaanum kan kaname poidanum" ( ayyo athai, neenga
ingiye irunga, unga arumai thambi mathiri odida vendaam,
neenga illatta, inge verum round katti oppari than nadakkum,
please Roja begs u to stay)

Episode 193 Friday 7/3/08

Danda is lying on the easy chair and is blabbering.
"ayyo, en panam poche, ella documents um pochu.

annikki pidichathu sani. Kashta pattu sambathichen,
ellam pochu. Kalai mathiri naanum Odi Oliyanumaa??
appo yen veetaiyum ellarum adichi norukkuvaanga"
Pechi and Padmini console. Chandru and Bhoo come
back saying that the auditor is unhappy. They say that
all the other things can be got back but the money of
50 lacs has to be accounted for. Danda says that accounting
for that might be difficult. Tams and Nandhu come back.
Tams starts her thagara dabba voice right from the
threshold -" amma vai kanum nnu thedi oruthi vanthu
irukkale, nalla padiyaa bathil solluvoom nnu irukka
athungalukku?? antha Vadivu yen mele venni thanni
Oothi kozhi mathiri urippalaam. Antha muttai kanni na
sethudava, appo ungalukku nimmathiyaa nnu kekkaraa.
nalla ellarum drama panraanga." Bhoo for his part is
out with another wisecrack -" antha Vadivu and Megs
ai thookki ulle vaichaa 50 lacs kku bathil solli thaane
aaganum?" Danda is more composed now "ada podaa
avanga ulle ponaa namakku panam vanthudumaa?"
Finally Pechi opines that Angu must be in Sara's house
All suspect his inside information and he makes up saying
that Angu does not know anyone else and would not have
gone to Kannu's place as Danda won't like it. Chandru asks
for Sara's house and Pechi offers to take them there.
All again give a suspicious look but Pechi again makes up
saying that once he saw Amutha on the road and she showed
her house. Chandru,, Pechi and Bhoo leave to bring Angu.

Viswa and Kumar waiting outside the lodge boy's house.
It is night time and the boy comes from some temple. Viswa
needs details of the group which stayed in R.no 103. The boy
says that he does not have any phone no but Bhoo and Co are
likely to come and stay there again next week. Viswa decides
to rent a room in the lodge and wait for Bhoo. Kumar tries to
drill some sense in to Viswa but Viswa is all set to find out.
Tilaga household - kitchen conference. Tilaga asks Kannu
about her timely call to Viji. Kannu explains that all that
happened was coincidental - ' my boss asked me to call Viji
for some info. But from day one Viji did not like me" Megs
probes the reason for the hatred and Kannu says that her
boss praised her for her smartness and chided Viji for the
lack of it. Megs consoles Kannu saying that the second
marriage won't happen ( grrrr IF le oru periya gumbal is
wishing that it happens and moron is sent behind the bars..
u want Kannu to go back to him??? athaaaaiiiiiiii oru tharam
inge vanthu moolaiye illaiyaadi ungalukku nnu kelunga, on
behalf of Roja) Kannu now feels bad for akka "Akka, u ran
away at an young age and had a lot of trouble. Now u come
back and u have to sort all our problems hmm" Megs does
not like that " our problems , your problems aa ellame mine
thaan. yen ipdi pirichu pesare?" ( ayyo enna Kannu adi
madile kai vaikkare??? na illame bhoomi will stop moving

to visit athai - " intha mathiri oru MIL yaarukkum kidaikka
maattanga, I want ot see her. Megs promises a visit the
next day and asks Kannu to leave the kitchen. Tilaga is all
set to make tea for the entire city with her tears ( salty
tea??? uh huh... Roja u have a real warped sense of humor
grrr) Megs stops the rain just in time ( habbaaa, Rojaa
breathes ... heaves a sigh of relief.. saucers back to their
sockets!!) Tilaga gives a worried look Megs holds on to her....

Angu is being fed by Amutha - Bhoo, Pechi and Chandru
arrive. Bhoo as usual deems it fit to pounce on Sara
"deyy enna pazhi vangariya? u allowed my mom here??
( hey kirukku unakku oru sense of proportion kidaiyaatha??
eppovum wrong person mele thaavare?? korangaa da nee??)
Chandru stops bro and appeals to mom -"ennamma ipdi
seyyare? veetukku vaa, ellarum ukkanthu pesalaam"
Appeals to chithi also "sollunga chithi" Amutha and
Sara keep quiet. Angu says that only if the talk of
second marriage stops and Kannu is brought back,
she will step in to that house. Bhoo is on to his wise-
crack again " athu mattum nadakkathu. yaarO
oruthikkaga petha magan happiness unakku mukkiam
illiya?? enakku amma illainnu nianichikkaren" This
shocks the rest. Chandru says that all of Angu's
arguments are right but she should put this up to
Danda at home. Angu now gets a valid point " Chandru,
u and yr wife left that house only because u found them
all to be unreasonable. I have just done what u did
immediately after yr marriage. Nee senja right, naa senja
thappa??" Chandru has no answer for this and turns to

Episode No 194 Monday 10/3/08

Chandru, Bhoo and Danda - seated with hands on their
heads. Auditor is looking in to the account books. Nandhu
is happy to see the clan unhappy -" I want to see Tams
suffering with out food.." Tams shouts and the auditor stops
this family drama. Auditor finally says that since Danda has
not paid any thing as income tax, things are messy. Bhoo
as usual comes out with a wisecrack " 4 or 5 lacs lanjam
kuduthu pappomaa??" Auditor confirms that they have
to pay IT and promises to minimize the loss. He leaves
and Danda laments some more " enge da tax katta panam??
athellam thirumbi vantha thaan katta mudiyum". Padmini
wants to go to her house and calls Chandru. Lists that
milk pockets, paper and gas are at stake. Tams wants to
have some diversion -" u are the first DIL of the house
and when the house is in trouble, u are interested only in
your problems?? U took away my bro immediately after the marriage.." Padmini says that she had to leave only because
of Tams. Tams asks " naa enna peiya, pisasaa, ratha kaatteriya??"Padmini says that the best person to answer
this Q is Kannu. They continue fighting " my bro is suffering.

his head off, stops the fight and misses the one person on
whom he can vent out his anger. Asks Bhoo about Angu
and Bhoo says that she won't come back. Danda wants to
bring her back himself - Bhoo follows. Chandru shouts at
Padmini and asks her to go in.

Viswa comes back to the lodge - tells the manager that he
needs a room until he sights Bhoo and Co. Pays the advance
and asks the manager to inform him when Bhoo checks in.
Viswa wants to know the list of phone calls made from 103
but the manager refuses to part with the info. Viswa is given
R.No 104 . Kumar points out 103 and says that that is where
he saw Megs - Viswa looks at the room as if it is of some
historic value. Once they settle in their room Kumar once
again tries to drive some sense in to Viswa -" enna da ithu
veen velai?? paithiya karathanamaa irukku"- Viswa is back
to giving Megs a conduct certificate I want to proove to all
of u that my Megs is as pure as milk. All because of u , I am

Kannu and Megs arrive to look up Angu (nalla timing!!!

black mye is enough😳) Kannu is quick to point that
Tams had come to fight the previous day. " I knew that
u will be here, what is all this??" Amutha says that in spite
of advice from her, Angu refuses to move. Kannu is on all

poidunga, athu thaan ungalukku mariyadhai. Na kenji
kekkaren". Angu marvels at DIL calling that as "Namma
veedu". Megs for her part imparts the info on how she was
treated when she went as the pigeon of peace - "romba
kevalamaa pesittanga, maama (??????!!!!! grrr) and Tams.
Angu confirms that good people can not live in that house.
Talks about Sara leaving -" antha veettukku maadu mathri
ozhaichaan, avanai thorathittanga. But now, I think that is
the best thing for Sara." Now Angu wants to know as to how
Kannu called Viji on the dot. Kannu says that she is employed
now and from the first day Viji did not like her. " I did not
know that the girl seeing was for Bhoo". Angu feels bad
that Kannu must be pained by hearing about Bhoo's
second marriage. She says that she hoped that the wedding
will get stopped by all her outbursts but she realized that
Viji is after moneyonly. Megs says that she also thinks that
money is everything. "I arranged for the money to release
Kannu with great difficulty. But my athai gave it away to
maama (marupadi maamaa?? loose aa di nee??) I was happy
that in a way my dad's debt is taken care of but Bhoo and
maama talked real bad." Kannu asks akka to keep quiet

Any ways Angu says that soon both Bhoo and Danda will
realize that wives are important in life. " when ever u want
to see me, u can come here and if i feel like seeing u, I will
visit u" Kannu and Megs leave. ( both the sisters did the
drawing in breath at regular intervals. However,the saucers
were inside the sockets mostly!! Since Megs pushed her
head down for most part - out of shame - the effect was dull,
thank God!!) Bhoo and Danda arrive from the other side -

Recap of Kannu and Megs leaving - Bhoo and Danda
arriving. The morons see the sisters leaving. Dad gets
son to confirm identity. "MIL and DIL oravu is being
nurtured with water?? hmmm" ( oru chinna correction,
not water... tears.. thannir vittO valarthom Sarvesa ippayirai

Danda confronts Sara - " periappa lam vendam, aana
periamma mattum venum, apdithaane??" Amutha negates
any such notion and so Danda asks Amutha to send Angu
back. Angu refuses to budge. Danda calls her and asks her
to get in to the car. Angu says that she won't come if they
still plan to get Bhoo married again. Danda says that all
the faults are with Kalai and Co. They blamed Bhoo, got
him behind the bars.... usual blah blah. Bhoo for his part
says that Megs made a call to IT and got them in to more
trouble. Sara winces. Angu is unrelenting. "If Kalai did
not run away and had lots of money, would u have taken
such a decision?? no u won't. U would have pacified both
and made them reconcile, ellam is about money only"
Now Danda says that he does not plan to take all his
money along when he dies and all he is doing is for his
family. ' we have to sit together and take decisions, nee

Angu says that only Kannu can be her DIL - Danda is
beyond caring now " who ever I bring in as DIL will be

Sakthi is searching for some thing - Pushpa looks at her

lost her thaali again but Push has made sure to see the

searching" Durga goes to DIL and finds out that she is

table and Sakthi is happy to lay her hands on the important
doc. Informs FIL and MIL that it is the court summons
and she plans to confront Bhoo in the court. FIL says that
they have already decided to let that matter go and why is it
surfacing now. Sakthi says that Bhoo has caused a lot of
trouble for her people and she has to take revenge. Durga
as usual quotes the baby and says that such problems
every day is not good for the baby. Sakthi pointedly tells
FIL that she respects him a lot but would appreciate if he
kept out of this issue. Durga fumes more -" he looks at
u as a daughter and u want him to keep off??? U do any
such thing that moron will come to our door step and
create a scene!!" Pushpa for her part says "athanee??

and then kill himself!!" Mom asks Kumar to keep an
eye until they arrive - gets hubby to leave. Viji wants to
have a private talk with Kannu -" neethan Bhoo voda

so no hierarchy is possible. Viji applauds Kannu's inter-
personal skills and asks if Kannu timed her call to Viji.
Kannu patiently explains that she called as the boss wanted
some info and there was no hidden agenda. Viji assumes that
Kannu has no objections to Viji marrying Bhoo but Kannu
categorically denies any such carte blanche -" I wont

asks for Bhoo's mobile no. Kannu denies knowledge and
Viji does not believe it -" anyways no problem, I will ask

Danda, Bhoo, Chandru, Padmini and Tams with kid -
Danda is still lamenting" ayyo,panam poche... amma..
Panam than pochu nna my wife is also playing up -
refusing to come back home" Padmini consoles saying
that athai will be back soon. Looks like she forgot to
add salt in the buttermilk but Danda has no taste left.
Now Padmini slowly tries to instill fear -" raid and
athai leaving?? looks like this new girl is not lucky
for us!!" Tams vetoes any such notion " all this is
due to some people who are purposely harming us.
So, do not call this a bad omen, enna da Bhoo, na
solrathu sariya??" Bhoo agrees with sis. Auditor calls
with the info that the money and gold are kept in the
bank lockers of IT dept. Danda chides the auditor for
not retrieving it all immediately but the auditor says that
all the things can be got back once the accounts are
shown. Danda is worried but Chandru says that it is good
if their things are in the locker. Viji calls Bhoo and wants
to have a chat with him. Calls him to visit her at the office.
Bhoo lies to dad saying that he has an auditor friend who
will help them now and wants to go. Danda chases him
" poda poda go and try to get all our money back"
Bhoo leaves.

Bhoo arrives at Viji's office - Viji is excited to see him. The
office is empty but for Viji and Kannu. Viji says that it
is lunch break time. Bhoo happily seats himself and digs
at Kannu - "hey Kannmani, why are u working here???
how did u manage to join the office where my wife no 2
works??" Kannu says that she just joined an office but
how did moron manage to pick some one from her office.
Moron is shocked to hear the dig and Kannu confirms
that if the Q is a "kenathanamaan" one, the answer has to
match!!! Moron shouts about his nimmathi being spoiled
by Kannu and her family. Kannu gently reminds that this is
an office and he is the one who is the root cause for all
loosing their nimmathi. Bhoo lists the all the actions once
again -" police station so many times....summons from the
court because of Sakthi... IT raid..... some one else would
have vetti potufied all of u.." Viji is happy to see a drama
free of cost - "lunch kooda vendaam, jolly aa pakkalaam😳 "
Kannu finally asks " ippo enna venum ungalukku?" Bhoo
says that he needs divorce , " we are incompatible, let
me be happy with Viji,give me divorce" Viji chips in
"aamanga, na ungalai nalla pathukkaren" Bhoo is over-
whelmed with Viji's love - " parthiya, she loves me so
much even before the marriage.." Kannu refuses to sign
on the dotted lines " I won't dance to your tunes, no divorce.."
Moron promises to make her life miserable if she does not
give consent for divorce - " na aambalai. I can stand in front
of u and show the other girl who is going to be my second wife,
can u do that?? no woman can..." Kannu says that even she
can do what he is doing right now and if she does that moron
can not digest that. Kannu finally refuses to divorce and
moron promises hell on earth for her entire family. Kannu
stares with her saucers ( she never cried or no deep
breaths!!!) Viji looks disturbed. Anitha visit Megs in the
site ( Anitha is changed - new actress) brings the news of
50 lacs being labeled as stolen money. The news paper
talks about 2 beautiful girls stealing the money from Ranga.
A police case is filed at B'lore . Anitha frets now" we did
not expect this. We have no proof to show that Ranga gave
the money to us willingly." Megs says that why should
they be afraid "namba thaan oru thappum pannaliye?"
Anitha is more sensible and explains the situation to
the dullard Megs. She opines that they better go to the
police themselves and tell the truth. Megs agrees and
both plan to leave. Anitha gets a call from a doc asking
for blood for a small boy. Megs dispenses with Anitha
" I will go home and go to the police station. U donate
the blood and join me" - both leave.

Megs tells Tilaga the news and T frets -"appo athu
thiruttu panamaa??" Megs explains that no one in
Ranga's house knows the fact of Ranga giving it away
to her but do know that he carried that money when
he left B'lore. Tilaga frets some more and asks if
all of them will be arrested. Athai arrives - Paatti
tries to hush up Tilaga and Megs - and has heard
the whole thing and now wants total knowledge. " I
did hear some of what u talked. U hide every thing
and get us in to more and more troubles, now I need
facts" Megs apprises athai of the situation. Athai is
all smiles - " sabaash sabaash di - namba kathai ippove
kizhinjithu Krishnagiri yaa irukku Ippo B'lore varai
poyaacha??? Now the police will come and take us
all in to custody." Megs reasons out -" I am going to the
police now, if I explain every thing will be fine" Athai
is sure that Megs is all set to ruin the whole family -
" all the problems are because of you, jail kali is sure for
all of us" But Megs stops her and promises that all will
be fine when she reports the truth. Leaves for the police
station - Tilaga wants to accompany but Megs says that
Anitha will join her soon....

Chandru is applying some balm for dad. Nandhu is playing with his kid - Danda is still lamenting. "panam.. panam..." Padmini announces that food is ready but Danda has no appetite. Tams consoles dad saying that their money will come back to them definitely -" namba kaasu mele kai vaichaa evanum urupada maattan" Pechi for his part consoles Danda " ella panamum ponaalum 1000rs iruntha marupadi we can come up" Danda is furious with all these talks. Nandhu consoles as well saying that the auditor will take care of every thing. Danda is very angry "I have been dealing with rowdies, criminals, thieves.... I know
how their minds work and send either Tams or Pechi for collection. The one and only mind which I can not understand is yours. Eppo enna pesuvingannu puriyave illai" Moron comes followed by the auditor. Auditor asks Danda about the 50 lacs cash-" where did u get it from?"
Danda says that it was given by Vadivu towards their debt. Now auditor says that it belonged to Ranga of B'lore and has been reported as stolen. Danda hears that and is near fainting. Padmini gives some water but Tams is possessed now - holds Bhoo by his collar and shouts
" they have given the stolen money to us, acted as if they are the direct descendants of Harichandra... our family is suffering.. poi avaluha ellaraiyum thundu thundaa vettittu vaada" Chandru and Nandhu try to
contain her. Now Chandru is also upset about the turn of events. Bhoo asks him to take care of Danda and take him to the hospital if needed " na avanga veetukku poi oru kai parthuttu varen" all try to stop him in vain.

Moron comes to Tilaga's house. Paatti is all smiles to see mappillai and calls out for Tilaga. Athai knows the reason for this visit -" nalla naalileye yethanum oru bomb poda varuvaan, ippo that money is stolen cash nnu therinji satham poda thaan varaan" Patti tries to silence her
saying that why does she assume things but athai assures her that moron is not coming to have one more sambhadham with Tilaga. Tilaga welcomes " nalla irukkeengala??" - moron expxlodes "enge?? nimmathiya irukka vidaringa?? IT raid Megs oda idea thaana??
ippo police say that it is stolen money, ellam plan panni thaan senjingalaa??" Tilaga frets and Bhoo confronts athai - athai is cool -
" I paid that money for our debt. Once it becomes your money, it is up to you to deal with all the connected problems. Do not come running to me every time, Ok??" Tilaga patiently explains the origin of that money and says that Megs has gone to the police station to set right things. She assures that Danda's clan will not have any problems because of this. Moron finds out the location of the police station and storms out to meet Megs there itself. Athai points out that ever
since Megs set her foot in their house, every thing is going haywire. Paati is confident that Megs will find a solution but athai is not convinced " ava inge vittu tholaija thaan namakku vidiyum"

Dhadi and Lakshmi arrive at the lodge where Viswa is staying. Viswa is not exactly thrilled to see them!! Kumar comes out of the bath and welcomes them. Lakshmi is sad that while their son's friends give a lot of respect and love , their own son treats them like trash. Viswa is
angry " u have come here also to spoil my peace of mind?" Lakshmi cries and Viswa shouts at Kumar. For once dhadi talks some sense
" let me ask u some thing Viswa - did u say that if u come to know that Megs has gone astray, u will first kill her and then kill yourself?? So, it means that u do think that there could be a chance that Megs may
have gone astray, is n't it???" Viswa asserts that it is just not possible and he is only interested in proving them wrong. Now his mom says that she is ready to fall at Megs' feet and apologize if Megs is a nice girl but if she is not then she wants Viswa to get back home with them. Wants him to promise but the lodge boy comes and calls Viswa saying
that the men he was looking for have come. Viswa and Kumar go down, meet Bhoo's friend who in turn connects Bhoo with Viswa. Viswa asks for details of Megs and Bhoo is not ready to part with any info unless Viswa tells him the connection between Megs and himself... Viswa finally says that he and Megs are lovers.... Bhoo's face brightens...

Episode No 198 Friday 14/3/08

Recap of Bhoo and Viswa talking - Viswa wants the address
Of Megs but Bhoo says that he can not give to new customers.
Viswa gets very angry and shouts at Bhoo. Moron says that
there is no point in shouting at him and says that he will ask
Megs to come to that lodge in 1/2 an hour. Asks for the R.NO
and Viswa gives him. Bhoo promises to send Megs there and
talks to his friend as well. Asks him to tell Viswa that Megs is
"that kind" of a woman and leave the place. The friend follows
Bhoo's instruction to the letter T and tells Bhoo that the customer
who booked her has left as it was getting late.Viswa gets very
angry but can not do much. (it was disgusting to see a man trying
to label a woman immoral for some personal vengeance - Roja
is so angry that when it comes to a woman it is always her integrity
which is tossed around grrr) Lakshmi and dhadi look on.

Anitha is in the hospital - donates blood and later learns that
she helped a bigwig's son. He is the Home secretary and
applauds Anitha for the timely help. Offers to give her some
money but she refuses. She says that donating blood and
saving a life gives her immense pleasure and she does not
need any money. The man gives her his card and says that
she can come for any help to him. Anitha talks about Megs
and her problem. Requests for help and the man immediately
talks to the Commissioner. Anitha is happy to have found a
solution. Megs is in the auto and going to the police station.
Bhoo calls her and talks to her nicely. Goes on to tell her
that the police have arrested him for the stolen money and
are beating him for the same. he tells her that he is
retained in the lodge where she met him once before and
asks her to come to his rescue. Megs does not believe him
first and Bhoo makes his friends act as police personnel
and scold him which is heard by Megs over the mobile.
Megs says that she is going to the police station only for
that but Bhoo asks her to come to the lodge and explain
things to the police officer who is dealing with the case.

Megs asks the auto to go to the lodge. Viswa and family
are waiting to see her. Megs arrives and walks inside
which is seen by the Viswa family. Viswa wants to go
down and confront her but is stopped by Kumar saying
that she might run away if she sees him. All see Megs
walking in and she covers her shoulders with the sari
which looks as if she is trying to hide her identity!!!
Just then Anitha calls and asks her to rush to City
hospital. Megs says that the police have arrested Bhoo
and she has come to rescue him from the lodge but Anitha
gives her a sane advice -" The IAS officer has spoken to
the commissioner and no arrests have been made. he
wants us to go and meet the commissioner immediately.
U come here, do not go in and get in to any problems" -
For once Megs listens to other's advice , did not deem
it fit to take the earth on her hands and run it!!! She walks
back to the auto. Viswa and Kumar are having a verbal
war upstairs. Viswa finally manages to set himself free
and rushes down to meet Megs. But she is in the auto
and leaves. Viswa runs behind calling her name and she
does not hear that. Viswa asks Kumar to get the bike
so that he can follow Megs but Kumar categorically
refuses, Pacifies Viswa and takes him back to the room -
all are just stunned and Viswa is absolutely devastated....
