Substance abuse could explain those rapid mood swings. But where in this house would she get the chance and possibilities to use?

Or does no smoking, withdrawal also can cause this?

I am almost thinking she has (multiple) personality disorder, but that's quite a heavy tag..

it could be tablets, cough syrup, cigarettes. BB is quite happy with the way she behaves so I don't think they would stop her. Or she has behavioural issues
