On Friday, Delhi High Court
sentenced Bollywood
Actor Rajpal Yadav in Civil
prison for three months
since he failed to repay
the loan of 5 crore. The
actor and his wife Radha
had taken the loan in
2010 to make the actor's
directorial debut, Ata Paat
Laapata'. The Actor will be
lodged in Tihar Jail.

This is really sad. He was once so celebrated and now noone's even helping him. Where are the messiahs of the industry lol. And the justice system is such a joke. Salman literally killed people and was responsible for the dire way that one constable died but he lives in luxury far from the clutches of the law. Paisa hi sab kuch hain duniya mein. Anyway, I hope Rajpal comes back with sanity intact.

And by sending him to jail for 3 months will help the bank recover the money?

One person I knew was jailed for 4 months for not paying a loan of 4 lacs. He took a loan from his friend and transferred all the money to his wife's account and preferred going to jail but did not want to repay.😕

I am wondering the same. Is chakki peesing in jail more remunerative? Give him some deal that he has to repay by selling something or other. What's the point of 3 months jail?
