Perhaps for KV it is a normal thing. In his home life, or even in his work. I know it is a sensitive topic, and Indians in general are very closed about such matters. I think he maybe should not have done that but it was in a sort of fun play way. Surbhi was the one who threw it at him, and then later said oh what will that person think? So... Its not like he took it himself.

I don't like to bad mouth (in general), even though such things are not accepted I don't think calling KV a pervert or horny is right based on this.

But I know I would not like to have my underwear shown on TV so I can imagine that on Indian tv that's not cool. It was probably in those uncut unseen clips.
