Yes. I agree that. But the fact is he wasn't the only one who was part of it. Even Dhoni and his team was part of it. That's why they banned CSK for 2 years.

Let alone Dhoni, even CSK owner and Rajasthan team also part of it. But only SriSanth got all the blame, that was purely unfair.
