Howcome the board is so dead?

Supposed to be #2 show on TRP list always. And yet many shows with TRPs less than 1 are 10 times more active than this one. Hardly anything happens on this board. I am just wondering why. People are not interested in this show at all but then how come the TRPs are so high. Of course from my perspective this is junk show but still many junk shows boards are so much more active.

How do they manage to stay at number 2 for so long with such track?

Does this mean that once naagin 3 end then this show will be at the coveted spot of number 1?

I do agree with you, however trp are number fact that the show is on number 2 and always top 3 week after week.
