No but seriously, finally Salman is back. It felt like he broke free of the stupid script that BB gives him and gave it his all like he did with Jagga and Om. OMG I totally loved it!

First on the positive. I love how he praised KV and reminded everyone that the red team may have won because of Rohit, but planting Rohit like that was all KV's hardwork. Indirectly it felt like he was telling the HMs to be careful and KV is not to be lightly considered.

I also liked how Salman let KV and Dipika talk out their problems instead of making his own assumptions or bashing either one over their fight. KV and Dipika are both mature people and I like how they both respectively put their points across without cursing or yelling or anything.

And finally I love how Salman shut Sree up when Sree said that KV is only good for this (in regards to the first point above). The way Salman just said it was a good move and then praised KV, wah!

Now on the bashing. Somi ki band baji. Surbhi ki band baji. Romil pe digs liye gaye. Deepak ki band baji. Megha ki respectfully class li gayi. Bas Rohit bach gaye. No but seriously just great. I love how the show started with the very obvious mastermind being reminded that this isn't some vacation spot. Wicked!

Then Salman moved on to Somi. What arrogance this girl has though. She's not willing to accept that her being safe was given to her in khairat and she's not willing to accept that she was so self-doubting that she didn't even try to give up her seat once she got it. It felt like she fell asleep in it.

On the Megha-Deepak issue, I agree with you. The precap was very misleading. It made it look like Salman was unnecessarily bringing Deepak's sister into the issue, but it was actually very nicely done. Megha was dealt with a bit more respectfully because somewhere hers was just a very strong reaction to continuous prodding and poking. But Deepak ko toh phad dala Salman ne (in Srishty's words). He was brutal with Deepak and somewhere it felt like Rohit realized he was next because the scared expression on his face was a delight.

And then Surbhi. Wah. When Salman asked her opinion in relation to Dipika-KV, I was ready to do a facepalm, but now looking back it, it felt like maybe Salman was setting her up for the class later. That way if Surbhi denied, Salman could say, "oh let's look at 10 minutes ago". Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it felt like that to me.

And finally the negative. There are only two points I wish to raise that I wish Salman had mentioned, even in passing. Rohit got away. Even a sentence or two after Deepak's class could have been enough, but he just got off scot-free. Nothing was said on the saiyyan-bhaiyya issue. Of course, Romil is under BB's protection, but I guess I was still hoping it would be mentioned.
