I feel like Zoya never left Mumbai. Although she may have left with the Siddiqui's her heart has been in Mumbai for a long time. Hence why they didn't show her with Roshnaq and Noor...

If Zoya BD was used to show its Zoya picking up her dupatta then why wouldn't she stop? She hasn't seen Aditya in a year! She isn't heartless.

So this makes me think its not Zoya or Zoya BD, its just someone who is reminding us and Aditya of Zoya presence. Thats just my opinion.

I don't mind this Milly girl so long as she keeps her distance. We don't want her falling madly deeply in love with Aditya because he won't love her back! Hence why I wouldn't like to see a third angle at all. Aditya to be wooed by another woman apart from Zoya is a big time fail! I can't stand that!

If the show wraps in 5 days, the nurse is Zoya. If it doesn't, it is Mili. See Mili would have known about the new nurse and just dressed up like her. So still the compromising position is possible

I think we all are overreacting it's gonna turn out to be Zoya only. Jen's dupe was used that's why it doesn't look like her from the back. If it's all going to end in 5 episodes, they will have to rush

Its definitely not Zoya. Its someone that seems like Zoya.

If you've watched the SBD segment, Aditya follows that girl thinking its Zoya. And when he's distracted he crashes into another car and gets into a fight. Harshad even said he follows to check properly if its Zoya and it wasn't.

I had a feeling it wouldn't be... no harm in seeing Zoya everywhere he looks! If she comes a nurse this will be great!
